Bailey's POV

On the way to the shop to get some mars bars I suddenly had an idea.

"Babe?"

"Yeah?"

"I was just thinking about something."

"What?"

"How would you feel about telling my parents that you're pregnant?"

"I was just thinking the same thing."

"Really?"

"Yeah. And I think it's an excellent idea. I mean, we know the baby's healthy and everything so nothing bad can happen. And they'll probably start noticing something if we don't tell them soon."

"Okay. Do you want to go after we've got the mars bars?"

"Okay."

I placed my hand on her thigh and squeezed it gently while continuing to drive.

When we got to the shop, I went in and bought about five packets of mars bars before going back to Sophia in the car.

"You got them?" She asked me.

"Yeah." I said to her and opened one of the packets and gave her a mars bar.

"Cheers babe." She kissed my cheek.

"It's okay. Anything for my two favourite people." I said and placed my hand on her belly.

We both smiled at each other and I gave her a peck on the lips. Then I drove off to my parents with Sophia eating her mars bars. The journey was silent but it was a comfortable silence, not an awkward one. It gave me the chance to think about how I was going to tell my parents that Sophia was pregnant.

Some time later we pulled up on the driveway outside my parents house. I took a deep breath to relax and calm myself down.

"Right, you ready?" I asked Sophia.

"Yeah. I think it's the right time."

"I know but, how are we going to tell them?"

"Well, we don't have to tell them straight away."

"How do you mean?"

"Like, I could say that I feel a bit sick, then you go and get me some water and when you bring it to me, we could cuddle and you could put your hand on my stomach but so that it's not that obvious. Would that work?"

"Yeah. Come on then. Lets face the music."

Sophia's POV

We got out of the car and walked hand in hand to the front door. Bailey rang the door bell. Tonia opened the door.

"Hello you two. We weren't expecting you."

"Yeah well, we were out and just thought that we'd pop in and surprise you."

"Aww, that's so sweet. Come in."

We did the whole hugs routine before we all made our way into the living room. We were chatting for a few minutes when there was a short silence. It was time.

"Babe, I feel a bit sick."

"Do you want me to get you some water?"

"Yeah please." I said as Bailey got up and went into the kitchen to get me some water.

"Are you ill?" Tonia asked me.

"No, I'm fine. I didn't get much sleep last night so it's probably that."

"Oh okay." She replied just as Bailey came in with my water.

"Thanks babe." I said to him as he passed me the water.

I took a sip from the glass and put it on the coffee table. I cuddled up to Bailey on the sofa and he put his arm around the back of my waist and placed his hand on my stomach. The plan had finally been put into action.

I think that Tonia must have noticed something because she kept on looking at where Bailey's hand was.

"You two seem very quiet today. Is everything okay."

"It's fine mum. Everything's perfect." Bailey said and looked at me. I looked back at him.

"Are you sure? You're both acting strange." Rob said.

"Um... well..." Bailey started to say as he looked at me. I gave him a small nod to tell him that it was time. "We've got something to tell you."

"What is it?" They both asked at the same time.

"Well... Sophia's pregnant."

They both looked at me with shocked faces. I smiled back at them and passed them a picture of the scan.

"He's right. We had our first scan today."

"Oh my god. It's so beautiful. Congratulations." Tonia said and got up to hug us both. Rob did the same.

"I'm so happy for you two." Rob said.

"How far along are you?" Tonia asked me.

"Twelve weeks."

"You've managed to keep this a secret for all this time?"

"Yeah. I don't know how we've done it." Bailey replied.

"Well I think that you'll both make brilliant parents. And we'll support you every step of the way. Won't we Rob?"

"Absolutely."

"Thank you." Me and Bailey both said at the same time.

Bailey's POV

About an hour later we said goodbye to my parents and headed back home. When we got home I decided to ring Brandon to tell him the news.

"Hey uncle to be." I said as soon as he answered.

"Who's an uncle to be?"

"You, dumbass!"

"Oh my god seriously?"

"Yeah."

"I'm so happy for you bro. I've gotta go now. Bye."

"Bye."

Once I ended the call I went to find Sophia.

"Sophia?!"

"I'm in the kitchen!" She yelled back.

I walked into the kitchen to find her cooking. I went up behind her and put my arms around her waist and leant my chin on her shoulder.

"Babe?" I asked her.

"Yeah?"

"As we've been telling everyone today, how would you feel about me letting my fans know on twitter?"

"I think it's a great idea. The sooner they know, the better."

"You think so?"

"Of course."

I kissed her on the cheek and went and sat on the kitchen counter and went on my phone and opened up twitter. I took a photo of the scan and started writing a tweet.

Within a few minutes of that tweet going up someone had started up the hash tag #baileysbaby and within an hour it was trending.

I was so happy with the responses that we'd gotten about our baby. That night I went to sleep, happier than I'd ever been, thinking about how blessed we were that this was happening to us.
