Bailey's POV

So now that Sophia is gone I can carry on with my plan. I was worried that she might have seen the ring as I was looking at it earlier in the kitchen just as she came in but I think I managed to hide it in my pocket just in time. I she's seen it then this whole evening would've been ruined. But she didn't see it so everything is good. All I need to do now is get dressed, go down to the park and propose. Sounds simple. But it really isn't.

I decided to get ready for tonight. My signature outfit. Black dinner jacket, white t-shirt and light blue jeans. The same as I wore on our date in the park all those years ago. I know it was six years but it still feels like yesterday. I'm trying to keep tonight as similar as that date as possible. Only it's going to be better.

Once I'd finished getting dressed, I grabbed everything I needed to make this a perfect night and left to go to the park. I'm going to meet Brandon there and he's going to help me finish setting up.

"You alright mate?" Brandon asks me as I walk up to him in the park.

"Yeah. Just a bit nervous." I tell him.

"You'll be fine. Don't worry about it."

"I'm more nervous about this than I was about my bgt audition."

"It's understandable. This is life changing."

"So was my audition."

"Yeah but this determines your relationship with Sophia. It proves that you both really do love each other."

"We've always loved each other. And we always will."

"I know. Just, lets not get into an argument about this. Now, have you got the ring?"

"Yeah. I think she nearly caught me with it earlier. I'm pretty sure that I managed to hide it from her though."

"Should've been more careful. Anyway, at least you've got it."

"Yeah."

"What time is she getting here?"

"I'm gonna text mum when everything's ready and she's going to drive over here with Sophia."

"Right, lets get to work then. The sooner we finish here, the sooner you get engaged."

"Lets do this!"
