Crocodile Tears

Tears.
They are a sign of pain and grief,
And they show your emotions.

But.
They can also be fake,
And they can be an act.

Honestly.
What's the difference between,
Honest tears fake tears.

Nothing.
It's hard to distinguish,
Whether tears are true or false.

Idiocy.
It blinded me,
Blinded me from the truth.

Caught.
It trapped me like a web,
A web of dishonesty and deceit.

Acting.
It showed an act so real,
That it was hard to see the truth.

Intricate.
Like a spiders web,
Used as a weapon to cage me in.

Fool.
I was so stupid for believing,
A fool for feeling bad.

He.
He is the one who made this,
This web of lies.

But.
I am no fool,
Not anymore.

Broke away.
I ripped away from the deceit,
I broke out of the blinding trance.

I broke away.
And now I said good riddance,
I cut down the web.

End.
I put an end to this,
Stopped the web from growing.

No more.
No more falling for crocodile tears,
It ends.

NOW!
