Caleb had just fastened his seatbelt when Maya run up to his window. "Caleb, I swear if you leave I will...." "Oh and another thing." He said holding up his finger and cutting her off. "I suggest you go to your apartment and stay there while I'm in Atlanta. Nobody wants you here." He said before driving away.

"Aren't you going to step in?" Fabian ask his mom as they watch the scene from the kitchen window. "I've meddled enough, don't you think?" His mom asks opening a container of frosting.

"What do you mean?" Amara asks. "My son wouldn't be married to that girl if it wasn't for your father's and I insistence and now look at the mess we have created. He can't get away from her fast enough." She said biting her lips sadly.

"Mom, this isn't your fault." He said rubbing her shoulder. "Isn't it? I only wanted what was best for him but this wasn't it." "Point taken, so what is going on with those guys on the roof?" Fabian asks observing four men working on the roof. "Oh, they are installing solar panels." "Oh, you're switching to solar power? Cool." 'It was Samson's idea and he wouldn't take no for an answer, he's also paying for half the cost." "Let me guess, he wouldn't take no for an answer about that either?"

"Nope." "Strange dude, but he does know that we could afford this right?" Fabian asks. "Yep, he knows." His mom laughs. "Again, strange dude." Fabian chuckles. "yep, he is but what he doesn't know is that I'm supplying his feeding program with pastries, free of cost while he's away." She laughs.

"Good afternoon Mr. Jackson, sorry to disturb you at work but I was wondering if you could please do me a favor." "And what would that be?" He asks. "Could you please stop Caleb from going to Atlanta." "Why?" He asks confused. "Well I'm not sure if you're aware of this but Caleb has Sexual feelings for Janice, and now he is going to Atlanta to be with her. It's wrong sir and I don't want him to go, please stop him." She cried.

"Okay, calm down, I don't know about Caleb having any feelings for Janice but his trip there has nothing to do with Janice." "Yes it does, he told me to my face that he would rather be with her than me." "Okay, if you're so sure, then why don't you go with him?"

"I've responsibilities at work, I can't just up and leave, please you've to stop him, please." "Listen, he already told me that he going there on business and it would be unfair of me to stop him from going about his business, so just sit tight, have faith and trust that he's speaking the truth, I've to go, see you later." He said ending the call.

"You're not going to stop him either are you?" Maya asks directing the question at Mrs. Jackson. "I'm not getting involved." She said shaking her head. "Of course not." Maya sneers and turning on her heels storms from the kitchen.

"I cannot believe this! Over and over I tried calling that bastard last night and he wouldn't take my calls." Maya fumes as she paces her mom's living room. "For him to pack his suitcase n front of me and then admitting to my face that he would rather be with her than me, means he has zero respect for me.

After all, I did to keep him from getting close to me, I tried to keep him at arm's length mom, I really did but after a while he started to affect me, getting under my skin and I let him in, what was I thinking? Was I out of my bloody mind, thinking I could change a disgusting animal like him?"

"Sweetheart, you need to calm down." Her mom said in concern. "Calm down!? How mom? How am I suppose to calm down huh? My husband is in love with his sister-in-law, and he's in Atlanta with her, right now! I always knew he had feelings for her but I didn't know how deeply it ran until now

I thought it was just a crush or sympathy or something but no, that isn't it, I think he has been in love with her since the moment she entered that house. I saw the lavish gifts he bought for her when she just came there. They are all still there in her room and oh, she just loves the attention, she just loves the way everyone treats her like a precious Chinese doll.
