Chapter 8 - Unforgotten

Four weeks have passed and I'm still in my sad mind state. The darkness swallowed me up and kept me isolated. That was until I felt the sound of my blinds open and the light which was the sun rushed in. Just like that my sorrow and sadness was put to a holt and the covers were pulls off of me.

There stood Kole and The Smith boys standing at my window.
I pulled the covers over my head again trying to ignore all of them. I tucked the blanket so tightly so that they would have a hard time pulling it. But in correction, in one quick move they pulled the blanket straight off and the cold air touched my skin sending shivers all over my body.

"Time to get up Heart" Said Kole who had a black eye and a busted lip from the little incounter he had with our 'special' friends.I was supposed to be there for that. But everything considered, he smiled at me like everything was okay.

I have really stooped so low. I was so depressed and sad that nothing even mattered to me anymore. But now I'm being forced to rejoin society.

"Yeah Elle, it's a nice day out let's do something" Said Connor holding out his hand.

"You need a bath" Said Ashter as the other two glares at him.

Without grabbing his hand I get out of bed and say nothing. I walk into my bathroom and let the warm water fill my body. It fogged up the bathroom and it was warm as well. I walk out to walk into my closet. The guys sit on my bed and waited with not a single word.

Looking at my closet I felt as if I should just go back to my bed. It was safe and comforting. But I had to atleast try,Right?
I put on a grey long sleeve crop top. I pair it with a black joggers that I've always thought of wearing. My shoes? My shoes, they were just a pair of Nike 240s and that was it. I kept my hair down and brushed it thoroughly.
I walk out and put on my rings and necklace that Kole had bought me. I grab my keys and shades and gesture them to 'come on'.

As we sit in the car In silence, not a single word. I had to go to the gang house. I needed to make sure things were up to date . Cause i know how Kole is with The Whole organize thing.

We pull up and open the glove compartment to grab my gun. I then slip it into the front of my joggers. They stared blank faced, surprise of my new attitude. I walk out and I immediately see Tyler and Peter standing at the door way. They try and greet me but I ignore them and enter the house.

Once in there I see people counting money and others loading amo into guns. Others are packing drugs and some are weighting them. But still, everything was disgusting, it was dirty. There was a unforgettable smell I hated. The house had graffiti everywhere. I was angry to see a mess and see them so unbothered by it.

"Get the hell up and clean this mess up" I yelled with rage and then they jumped at my voice. Usually they barely heard my voice.

"This place is disgusting, get the hell up and clean this shit up now" I demanded

They started to move and clean up the place. I hated the smell ,the look, the atmosphere. I walked up stairs and heard the same shit again.

"Tell that whore to shut the fuck up" I yelled as I banged on one of the doors.

"Turn off that irritating sound" I said to another.

I came across a girl passed out in the hallway. Her makeup was smuged and her hair looked like a birds nest. She had an empty bottle of vodka still in her hand. I kneeled down to get a good look at her. I slapped her across her face to wake up. She wakes up with a groan with a headache.

"Get the hell out of here now" I say as I walk away from her down to Kole's room that was at the end of the hall.

I walk in and find that it is clean. Nothing is out of place and it seems to be untouched. I take off my shoes and lay on the bed. The sheet smell like his cologne and I take in their scent. I lay there and stared up at the ceiling. I was alone in this world and no one knew what I was going through. I get up and quickly place my shoes on my feet and walk out. I then hear a voice yelling and it sounded quite familiar
