Chapter 9 - The dragon's tower

There we stood and I actually kind of felt normal again. His smile was comforting and his voice was smooth and soft. He looked me up and down like everyone did, but this time he didn't have a smirk on his face. It was like an awkward smile and his face started to blush alittle.

"Who would have thought you'd be so hot Rosie" he said teasing me. I giggled with my hand over my mouth as he scratched the back of his neck.

"Well look at you handsome" I said back to him.

"Is that a tattoo I spot" he said as his eyes widen in curiosity.

"Well yeah I have a few, one on my torso and another on my ankle"I said with a shy voice.

"Cool what is it" he asked in excitement

"Well the one on my torso is a dragon and the one on my ankle is a flower. Im thinking about another one. Maybe on my my arm. " I said as I scratched the back of my head

"I don't think I could ever get a tattoo, doesn't that hurt?" He asked

"Everyone is different"I said as I raised my shoulders

"Well look at us, we're a pair of hot stuff" he says and then laughs.

We laugh and laugh and then our conversation is at an end when the boys come out and surround the back of me.

"Hey we got the food" Said Connor as he raised the paper bag.

"Yeah I just paid for it" Said Knots with his hands in his pocket.

"I'm bored let go home already" Said Ashter.

They all then look over to Conrad and give him a glare. He then looks at them nervously and hides behind me.
They look at each other with a sort of confused look and raise their eyebrows.

"What's going on Heart" Asks Knots

"Oh this is Conrad, my best friend" I introduce as he slowly comes out from behind me.

"Hi nice to meet you I'm Conrad Sage Junior"

"But I call him Sage" I said as I pinched his cheek.

"Can you let go Rosie" he said with a sigh

"Your no fun you know that"

"Well that hurts you know that"

"Aaa Rosie?" Said Connor

"Well yeah My middle name is Rose, remember?"

"Right"

"Anyways you ready to head back to the house?" Asked Knots as he cocked his head to side

"Yup, hey you wanna hangout now?" I asked Conrad

"Yeah sure" he said as he started to blush and awkwardly laugh.

"I know you walked here cause your house isn't too far away, so let's take my car" I said as I walked towards the mustang

"This is your car?" He asked

"Yeah,now get in" I said as I closed the drivers door.

The boys sat in the back and Conrad sat in the front. The whole ride home I could feel them staring so ferociously. It was like they were trying to shoot lasers at us or something. Conrad and I talked and talked and with that became laughs and laughs. Sometimes I would see their eyes roll. I wonder if they'll get stuck like that.

We finally get back to my house and I see Gems car parked in front. She knew where my key was so she let herself in I'm guessing. I'm park in the drive way and we proceed into the house. There we found Gems and Tyler making out on my couch. Knots and I scream in horror as Ashter and Connor quickly cover their eyes.
