I feel Luke start to rustle underneath me and my eyes flutter open. "Hey, Luke, where are we?" I ask him sleepily.

"We are literally pulling onto the road of Cal's lake house right now," he replies softly, "Sorry if I woke you up,"

"No you didn't," I lie just to be nice. I realize that I am still laying on his chest and I blush. I pull my head up and move so I am sitting upright. I rub my eyes and look over to him. He is staring right at me. "Why are you looking at me?" I ask with a small grin.

He bites his lip before saying, "You look cute after you wake up,"

I laugh and blush, "No I don't! My hair and makeup are all messed up!"

"I like your hair," He says as his fingers run over a group of strands, "And your makeup is fine,"

"Thanks," I say quietly back. He looks me in the eyes and pulls me towards him, catching me by surprise. He wraps his arms around me as the minivan bumps over the rock driveway to the house. He smells really good and feels so welcoming. Calum's mom comes to a stop and parks on one side of the driveway. I look at the house from the van window. It's a medium size place and looks very rustic. There are a lot of old-timey decorations outside of the house and I can already start the picture what the inside looks like. Everyone hops out of the car and grabs their bags and heads into the front door of the house. We all walk in and drop our bags in the living room. The house is gorgeous. The decorations are spot on and everything is neatly put in place. Beautiful curtains line the windows and flowers cover every table. There is a light hardwood floor with a different rug covering it in each room. "This place is absolutely gorgeous," I gush to Calum's mom. "Thank you for letting me come with you."

"Oh, I'm glad you like it!" she says happily. "We can go put our luggage in our rooms now if you want," she adds.

"How many rooms are there?" I ask.

"There are four rooms; I will take one, Calum and Luke will share, Michael and Ashton will share, and you and Ellie can have a room," she replies.

"Okay that sounds good to me," I say. I pick up my two bags and head for the stairs. Ellie follows directly behind me. Everyone grabs their assigned room and unpacks. Our room is a perfect size for the two of us. There are two dressers, two beds and a small TV and a very small couch. "This is perfect," I say to Ellie, who pulls a black Blink 182 shirt out of her suitcase.

"Yeah, but it's nothing new to me. I come here every year because of Michael," she says.

"That's cool," I say, awkwardly. I feel bad. Before me, she must've had the room all to herself.

"Yeah," she adds. We both keep unpacking clothes in silence, until she breaks it a couple minutes later. "So how long have you been dating Luke?" she asks.

My eyes go wide and I choke a little on my own spit. "Umm, uh we aren't dating. We are just friends," I reply.

"It sure seems like you guys are dating. Didn't he hug you in the car, like the whole ride?"

"Well, yeah, but it was just a friendly thing I think,"

"You can admit to me if you like him,"

"No, no. Luke? Pfft. No way," I try to avoid this conversation. I hate lying.

"Okay, whatever you say..." she drags on the sentence so long, I give in.

"Fine! Yeah I do like Luke. A lot," I feel my cheeks turn a bright shade of red.

"Aw! I am so getting you guys together by the end of this vacation! You two will totally be making out the whole car ride home!" I didn't know it was possible for my cheeks to get any more red than they already were, but they did. "Oh don't worry about it. Crushes happen," she puts her hand on my shoulder, "And I kinda have one right now too," she spills.

"Really?" I ask desperately.

"Yeah, I've liked Calum for a long time, but I never got the guts to tell him. I think this will be the year though,"

"Yes! You two would be so cute together!" I squeal.

"By the end of this vacation we will both have boyfriends, okay?" she says.

"Sounds like a plan," I reply. We just went from complete strangers to best friends in a matter of minutes. I don't know how we will do it, but I have a strong feeling that everything is going to be perfect.

I think I'm going to try to update every Sunday from now on.... This one might be a little short, but the next two will be longer! Keep voting and commenting! I love to hear your feedback:-)
