On boxing day,Ant joined Decs family eating,drinking and generally having a great time!

After lunch Ant turned to Dec,

"Come on Decky,let's clear up"

"What?" Dec whined "but Ant,I'm the baby,I don't do clearing up,I'm here purely to be spoilt and fussed over,that's my role in life and I do it so well!"

Everyone laughed at him.

"He certainly does do it well" Martin joked "Come on you little spoilt brat,we can help"

With that he yanked Dec off the sofa and dragged him into the kitchen,Dermott also got up to help.Dec sighed and pouted at the huge amount amount of washing up piled up over every kitchen surface.

"Come on" Martin said "the sooner we get started,the sooner it will be done" and whipped Decs bum with a rolled up tea towel,

"Ow" Dec squeaked as he splashed Martin with water in revenge.

Ant laughed at the brothers,thinking how he would have loved to have had a brother to grow up with,obviously he loved his sisters but a brother would have been amazing.He adored seeing Dec interact with his family!

When the kitchen was finally clean and tidy,Dec dashed towards the living room shouting,

"That's it,I'm done,I'm never washing up again"

Ant shouted back "until you move in with me"

As he was about to follow Dec,Martin put a hand on his shoulder,

"Ant,can I have a word?" He smiled,

'Oh God' Ant thought to himself 'what does he want to talk about?What have I done?just when I thought everything was going so well'

"Ant!" Martin brought him out of his thoughts "I just wanted to thank you"

"Thank me?"Ant queried confused,

"Yes,thank you for making our Decky so happy" Martin continued "I know we got off to a shaky start back in the summer,a very shaky start" he sighed at the memory "but I've never seen Dec so happy as he is when he's with you,the way his eyes light up when he talks about you,it's a joy to see,I'm so happy for both of you and I hope you realise you are now considered to be part of of our family?I know it's only been a few months,but we can't imagine you not being in Deckys life now,he's the most sweet,loving,sensitive,kind person in the world as I'm sure you know by now and it warms my heart knowing he has you.So I just wanted to thank you for looking after him,for loving him,he deserves so much happiness and I know you bring him that!"

"Wow" Ant whispered,tears welling up at Martins words "Thank you Martin,it means so much to me that you accept me and Dec together and I promise I will always look after him,I love him"

"I know you do" Martin smiled and the two men hugged each other warmly before joining the others in the living room!

Late that evening Ant and Dec made their way back over the road to Ants house,

"It's been a lovely Christmas hasn't it Ant?" Dec asked as they snuggled up together on the sofa,

"It certainly has baby boy" Ant smiled and kissed Decs head "fancy taking a bath together?"

"Ooh,that sounds lovely and romantic" Dec giggled,

"It will be" Ant smiled,he didn't know why they'd never taken a bath together before,they'd had plenty of showers which always resulted in amazing sex sessions both during and after the shower which neither of them had any complaints about of course,but Ant wanted Dec to experience the lovely feeling of them bathing together.
