The two of you were on the way to Washington, D.C., sat in the same seat at the back of the bus and were fairly separated from the rest of the group. Peter had just answered correctly for the millionth time that same hour, further proving his academic abilities. "Glad to see your superhero duties haven't completely messed up your brain."
The bus rattled as it went over a pothole in the road. "Yeah, me too." The boy laughed at your words.
Ned scoffed from in front of you, overhearing the conversation. "Sure hasn't improved your ability to sit next to your friends."
Peter shrugged. "Sorry Ned, but there are things I could do with Y/N back here that I'd really prefer not to do with you." He turned to you and winked.
You rolled your eyes. "Don't be gross."
Peter slid his hand onto your thigh, right under the hem of your skirt. You eyed it wearily as his thumb grazed your skin. "Is that gross, baby?" He whispered into your ear, blowing a bit of air on your neck.
