Michael became worried when Calum never came to talk to him after his conversation with Alyssa. It had been a couple hours.
Calum's door wasn't fully closed, so Michael decided to check in on him. When he saw Calum and Alyssa cuddling, fast asleep, he knew things would be okay.
The pair had decided to not talk about anything that had just happened for the rest of the night. They just wanted to cuddle and watch Brooklyn Nine-Nine, so that's what they did.
Alyssa wasn't planning to spend the night. She felt like maybe it would be better for the two to spend the night apart after everything that was said. But as the night went on, she felt so safe in Calum's arms. She ended up passing out.
Calum felt like his heart was going to burst when Alyssa first fell asleep in his arms. She just looked so cute to him. He never wanted to let her go.
Finally, Calum was waking up, and he'd almost forgot what had happened last night. Seeing Alyssa in his arms made him so happy.
He really wanted to get up and talk to Michael. Calum wanted to tell him everything that had happen. But at the same time, he didn't want to leave Alyssa. Even if he left her to sleep, he didn't want her waking up alone. So he just held onto her, refusing to move.
When she eventually woke up, the first the she saw was Calum smiling down at her. She couldn't have been happier.
Calum ignoring her was awful. She'd felt horrible about herself. Alyssa thought she'd done something wrong to hurt him. She'd never want to hurt him. But here she was, curled up in his arms.
"Sorry for falling asleep here." Alyssa finally speaks up, shifting in Calum's arms.
Calum chuckles, "I don't mind at all."
Alyssa sheepishly smiles at him, before trying to hide her face in Calum's chest.
"Hey, what's up?" Calum chuckles, looking down at her trying to hide.
"It's so weird." She mutters.
"What is?"
"This. I just- I've been wanting this. It's so weird it happened." Alyssa nervously replies, looking up at him as her arms tighten around him.
"Can I take you out tonight?" Calum asks out of nowhere, running a hand through her hair.
A huge smile spreads across Alyssa's face as she nods, "Yeah, of course."
Calum lets out a relieved sigh, smiling down at her.
Alyssa grabs her phone as she goes to cuddle into Calum again. Though, she doesn't. She quickly sits up in a panic, startling Calum.
"Oh my god. We have class in an hour. I have to go get ready." Alyssa tells him, before quickly getting out of Calum's bed.
Calum just groans, not wanting to get out of bed.
"I'll see you in class, okay?" She says, flashing a quick smile at him. Alyssa rushes out of the room, needing to go get ready.
Calum couldn't stop smiling, thinking about how well things have gone.
He looks over when there's a knock at the door, Michael walking in.
"Hey." Calum says, still smiling.
"So it went well, huh?" Michae asks.
Calum nods, "I'm so happy."
"So, she likes you back? And she was okay with the journal thing?"
