"Jisu! Come help me in the kitchen!"

Jin shouted, washing a few plates under the running water in the sink. Jisu stood up from the group sitting in the living room, yelling back.

"Alright!"

She hit the back of Jimin's head while running to the kitchen, making him grunt in pain.

"Aish, Jisu! What the hell?!"

Jisu laughed, sticking her tongue out. She turned back to walking into the kitchen, greeting Jin.

"Hey, what do you need help with?"

Jin smiled at her, sighing.

"Everything, especially cooking all this food for the zoo animals."

Jisu sighed, grunting and whining.

"But Jin, I'm not the best at cooking."

Jin gave a poker face, turning the water off.

"Please Jisu, I'll help you out with what to do, I just need your help in return because it's too much sometimes."

He put on a pout, while begging. Jisu sucked her teeth, opening the fridge.

"Fine! What do you need?"

Jin gave a small happy laugh, standing next to her.

"I need the garlic cloves, and the onion."

Jisu grabbed both, closing the fridge door.

"You know I'm only doing this because I love you, right?"

Jin smiled, looking away and speaking softly.

"Would you say it's the same love as I feel?"

"Hm?"

Jisu asked innocently as she started cutting the onion up, to which Jin looked over and waved his hand quickly.

"Nothing, just seeing if we need anything else, which we do. I need the olive oil, salt, soy sauce, an egg, the left over rice, kimchi, chili powder, and scallions, preferably one."

Jisu glared, opening the cupboard, speaking up.

"You know, you can grab the rest of the twenty thousand ingredients you just asked for!"

Jin rolled his eyes, heading for the fridge.

"I guess, don't exaggerate."

He grabbed the rest of the ingredients that he needed from the fridge, while she did the same with the dry ingredients. Setting them all down in one spot, Jin started listing what to do.

"I'll start with the Kimchi ingredients. I want you to cut up the beef I have set up over on the other counter into small cubes, please."

Jin turned to his ingredients, already prepping them. Jisu sighed to herself, walking over to the raw meat.

She picked up the large yet small knife, seeing the sharp blade. She then picked up a piece of the beef, slapping it down onto a cutting board in front of her.

"Um, Jin? How many pieces of meat do you want me to cut?"

"Every piece, don't forget we're feeding animals."

Jin gave a small laugh as he spoke, still tending to his portion of the ingredients. Jisu sighed, knowing there was about fifteen pieces of meat to cut.

She put the knife to her piece she had in front of her, attempting to cut through the thick meat. Key word, attempting. Jisu kept on applying pressure, barely making an incision.

'What the hell kind of meat is this?'

"Hey Jisu, can you hand me the first cut cubes?"

She turned around towards Jin, a half smile plastered on her face.

"I haven't even cut one! This meat is way too tough."

Jin started laughing, approaching Jisu and turning her back towards the cutting board. He grabbed her hand that held the knife, and held the other one that kept the meat in place. His torso was pressed against her back, and his chin resting on her shoulder.

"It's more like you're just too weak to cut it."

Jin smiled while applying pressure to the meat with Jisu, cutting it easily.

"Wow, it's so tough."

He spoke sarcastically, Jisu sucked her teeth while giving a small laugh.

"It is! You're just a lot stronger than me. Plus, I'm not skilled in the cooking area, at all."

Jin still held her hands as he sliced up the beef, nearing her ear.

"Well, I can be your teacher, and help you earn those skills."

Jisu felt her hairs stand up from his voice and breath tickle her ear. She tried to ignore it, acting like it didn't happen.

"Really? Then teach me oh great sensei."

Jin chuckled, sighing.

"Alright, then grab the next piece and I'll show you."

As she grabbed the next piece of beef, Jin pushed away the other cubes to the side, grabbing her hands again, still speaking into her ear.

"When you are slicing, go real slow to make sure it's evenly split."

His whispers still making Jisu feel chills, again trying to ignore them. Jin got a little closer, slowly making more contact.

"Make sure to curl your fingers under, so you don't cut them off. And, line up the pieces so you can get an even cut for the cubes."

His mouth was now near her lips, cheek lightly pressed against hers. Jisu could feel her face heating up, blushing. Before doing anything, Jin pressed his soft lips against the corner of her mouth, sitting like that for a couple of moments. Jisu wanted to kiss back, but felt her body become free of movement.

Jin pulled back, smirking, and letting go of her hands. He spoke loud enough for only her to hear.

"I'm pretty sure that's enough of a confession, right?"
