A man with long white hair and a long beard stared up at an apartment building. People walked past him, glancing at him. Some laughed at the strange presence the man gave in his loose sweatpants and plain white t-shirt, and some even whispered to their friends and pointed to the leather eyepatch that sat tightly against his eye. Despite being aware of the people's mockery, he gave no sign of annoyance or care as his mind was boggled with other thoughts.
He kept his mind focused on the picture of the raven-headed boy with bright blue eyes, afraid that if he lost his focus, he would forget about the teenager all over again. He recalled the last things his ravens told him about the young boy before he was stripped of his identity and thrown into a Midgardian nursing home far-far away from his home.
Odin closed his good eye and took a deep breath. He hoped he could finally speak with Raleigh Ridley because he knew the boy needed to know before Odin's time was up.
He was the only one who knew the truth.
