At the secured wing of Dr. Crane's medical facility, Falcone is seen with his body tied up to a inside his cell. He keeps shaking his head mildly while saying one word that describes the last thing he saw at Blackgate Prison.
Falcone: Scarecrow...Scarecrow...Scarecrow.
Outside of his cell, Glynda is seen observing him carefully. Dr. Crane is seen making a turn and notices her.
Crane: Miss Goodwitch, this is most irregular. I have nothing to add to the report I filed with the judge.
Glynda: I have some questions of your report, Doctor.
Crane: Which is?
Glynda: Doesn't it seem convenient for a 52-year-old man that is clean with no history of mental illness...to suddenly have a psychotic breakdown just when he's about to be indicted?
Crane: Well, as you can see for yourself, there is nothng convenient about his symptoms.
She looks back inside to see Falcone still in his current state.
Falcone: Scarecrow.
Glynda: What is this "Scarecrow" he keeps mumbling about?
Crane: Patients suffering delusional episodes often focus their paranoia...on a external tormentor...usually one conforming to Jungian archetypes. In this case, they witness...a scarecrow.
Glynda: Is he drugged?
Crane: Psychopharmacology is my primary field, Miss Goodwitch.
Batman is see peeking through the window and listening to their conversation.
Crane: I'm a strong advocate. Outside, he was a giant. In here, only the mind can grant you power.
Glynda: You seem to enjoy the reversal.
Crane: I deeply respect the mind's power over the body. It's why I do what I do.
Glynda: I do what I do to keep grunts like Falcone behind bars, not in therapy.
She begins to leave as Crane follows suit.
Glynda: I want my own psychiatric consultant to have full access on Falcone...including blood work. Find out what exactly you put him on.
Crane: First thing tomorrow, then.
Glynda: Tonight. I've already paged Dr. Lehmann at County General.
Crane: *clears throat* As you wish.
They both get into the elevator and Crane turns a small key into a slot as the door closes.
(Scene Change)
They go to a different floor as they go out of the elevator.
Crane: This way, please.
Glynda then follows Crane.
Crane: There's something I think you should see.
Crane leads through a door as they both look down to see inmates working.
Crane: This is where we make the medicine.
When she sees one of the inmates dumbing a tank of the medicine into an exposed pipe that leads into the water supply. She starts to panic.
Crane: Perhaps you should have some, clear your head.
She then runs out of the room and goes to the elevator. As the door closes, she takes out her Scroll and calls Ozpin.
Ozpin: Glynda, what is it?
