----------Chapter 1---------
*Katy POV*
"Mom! Where is my passport? And don't forget to search for my visa too! Crap! Where the hell did I place them and forget???" Zoey screamed as she gathered her travel kits and looked at her messy room. Yup, we were the last minute people who remember to do important things or get into the trouble at the very last minute!
"Oh god! This is just so messy! How on earth can I leave without cleaning my room?" she sighed frustrated. Wow! Even now the only thing that she could think of was to clean her room! Yeah, she was like the cleanest person on the earth, I guess. It was her habit to clean even the invisible dirt from the room!
If her mom lets her, she may even vacuum the same floor for around hundred times. Zoey Shultz was my only cousin who can be considered to be around my age. Else, the rest of them were mostly either adults with three teenaged kids or just around the corner to get into the high school. And the other person who could join our group was Angeline who was basically few years older than me. She married the first guy she got and now stayed in Malaysia. Well, Taylor was really a good guy. He loved Angeline very much and always gave his ears to whatever she had to tell. And mind my words, she always had a lot to say! Angeline and Taylor were made for each other.
Right now, we were in Zoey's home which was just three blocks away from mine.
Well, there was no word called 'privacy' in the dictionary when someone stayed at the Shultz' house. Especially when the revolting teenagers, that would be Zoey's siblings got back from their schools. I sighed in relief with the thought of not having them around right now. One couldn't handle the brats with a help of an army and we were only two for the time...
I remember that I too had cried for a sibling at first when Zoey's parents brought home their youngest child, Peggy. But now, I was more than happy to be the only child at my home. Younger siblings were devil himself unleashed from hell!
"Now don't just sit their Kay! And help me clean this mess!" Zoey acted just like her mom as she placed her hands on her hips and looked at me with her sort of asian brown eyes as her chin almost touched her neck giving it an appearance of double chinned. Just like her mom, she was in her actions and kindness. Yet our Zoey was totally different from her whole family.
"okay! Okay! Let me just recheck the flight schedules again. Angeline will be definitely angry if we miss this one too!" I stated as I started browsing the net. It was just a excuse not to go and start mopping the floor now.
"yeah, she'll definitely blast us with a hydrogen bomb if we missed even this flight," Zoey agreed as she twisted her finger in her wavy blond hair. Within fraction of a second she turned her hair and put a clean bun. I always admired her cleanliness, which I could never be, not even in a hundred centuries! In fact, I couldn't even put a proper pony, hence I let my straight almost raven hair fall behind my back. And she could never leave her hair open.
