*Zoey POV*

"what? He said what?" Angeline shouted and we immediately hushed her as Taylor had stopped snoring in the other room.

"please tell me that this is some kind of joke!" she squeaked in distress.

"I should be the one telling that!" Katy protested partially sighed, partially hissed.

"okay! Let me get the facts straight. He isn't going to return our passports and rest of our money until we completely listen to him and his wishes?" Angeline asked confirming.

"not we darling, only she," I pointed my index finger towards Katy who now strode up and down across the room.

"what else did he say? Angeline inquired.

"nothing much, only said that whenever he calls she should do whatever he orders," I explained briefly.

"what are we? His slaves? To follow his orders?" Angel exploded and we immediately hushed her down as Ty had stopped snoring again. We waited till he started snoring again.

"okay! What do we do about him?" Angel asked.

"nothing, but once I get to know who he is then..." Katy trailed off as she hissed through clenched teeth which made me gulp in fear. I had never seen her so angry before. By the way, why was I gulping? It should be Mr. X who should cower away in a corner.

"Angel? Where are you baby?" Taylor shouted from another room.

"coming, honey!" Angel replied in another shout and then turned to face us.

"we will talk about this tomorrow," she stated before walking out of the room.

"what do we do now?" I turned to see Katy.

"nothing, go to sleep," was all what she replied as she turned and hoped into her bed.

"okay! Good night!" I said as I turned the lights out and jumped into my cozy bed.

"Ty! Your breakfast!" Angeline handed him a grilled sandwich as he picked up his briefcase and pecked her lips quickly before rushing out of the door. Like always, he was late again!

I walked into the kitchen scratching the side of my head.

"good morning!" I yawned.

" 'morning!" Angeline smiled as she continued making the pancakes.

"where's Kay?" I asked sitting on the nearby stool near the kitchen island.

"you didn't see? She's still sleeping like a dead in her bed! How do you expect her to wake up so early in the morning?" Angeline smirked.

"yeah, you're right," I agreed.

"by the way, it's a miracle that you are up so early today," she tried hiding a smile.

"yeah-wait, what do you mean by miracle? Don't I get to sleep a bit longer sometimes? I do wake up early, you know?" I added proudly.

"yeah, yeah. Mornings at noons and noons at 3 p.m. is very common for you girls. You people are more nocturnal than diurnal. You should have been born in a vampire family or even an owl's family," she said flipping the pancakes.

I was speechless. What was I suppose to say to that?

" 'morning!" Katy walked in still yawning as she headed to the fridge and took out milk.

"guess what?" Angeline smiled.

"you are smiling, that means it's a good news," I stated picking up a pancake and attacking on to it.

"tomorrow, we can go on a tour of Ty's office after lunch," she beamed widely.

I and Katy immediately dropped what we were having and stared at Angeline with our mouths ajar!

"don't look at me like that! Every Friday, the office is open for outsiders as his boss takes a leave that day!" Angeline continued to bake another set of pancakes.

"yeah?" Katy asked with an unbelieving face making Angel nod.

"yeah!!!" it was Katy and me who was dancing with joy now! I remember Angeline mentioning both house and the office were incomparable yet very beautiful! So it was the most amazing news that we could ever get! But this thing couldn't stop from what was about to come. It was like eating some candy just before the disaster strikes.

i wont be able to upload till april because i have exams to study for... these exams are really very important to me, it will make me or break me. so please dont curse me for the long wait and pray that i score good enough in the exams:)
