~A few weeks later~
"Oh my god, Chase, move." I scolded from behind him. He was standing in the middle of the doorway as I held a heavy box close to my chest. He jumped slightly and was quick to move out of the way.
"Shit, sorry." He scratched the back of his head while watching me leave the house. I set the box down in the back of the car, my body almost falling over due to the offset weight.
As I turned to go back inside to get another box, I almost ran into Blake. Quick apologies were mumbled before I went along my way.
"You know, you are so useless." I mumbled to Chase as I had to squeeze past him again.
"I take offense to that." He defended, finally moving away from the door entirely, following me inside
"You should." I said back, looking at him with a small smile as he glared at me. "Just take some boxes." I chuckled as he stood there with the same distasteful gaze. He stacked two boxes and followed me out of the house once more.
I added the box to the trunk and was suddenly engulfed in a tight hug.
"I can't believe you're actually leaving, no - moving. And with him of all people." Jackson moped, sending a glare to Blake who Jackson had grown a stronger disliking towards since he was taking his " innocent baby sister away". But I knew he also cared for Blake as a brother since they were friends long before I spoke a word to him. I gave him a look, telling him to stop, but a smile danced on my lips.
"I was gonna move at some point anyways. Besides, if I didn't move with Blake, all hell would break loose and the world would end. I mean he's great but he needs supervision sometimes." I poked Jackson's cheek.
"Um, excuse me, I'm the adult here, therefore you're going to be the one getting the supervision." Blake walked up next to me and glared at me but still threw his arm around my shoulders and pulled me into his side.
"Mkay, whatever you say." I sung, watching his mouth gape open.
"Okay, first of all-" His snarky remark was cut short when screeching tired sounded around the corner. In no less than five seconds Kyle's beat up old car came to a crooked halt in front of the house.
"Oh thank god, I thought I missed you guys." He sighed and jogged around the car to give me a hug.
"Kyle, I told you we'd stop by your house before we left." I pulled away from his tight hug, having to catch my breath.
"I thought you'd forget." Kyle pouted, to which I rolled my eyes and chuckled.
"I wouldn't forget, and if somehow for some reason I did, I'd have Blake turn around so we could say our proper goodbyes." I shook my head.
"You would?" Kyle looked happy and hopeful but Blake came in to burst his bubble.
"Uh no, I would not drive 1 for a day just to have you lose your shit cause you forgot to say goodbye then have to turn around and drive for another day, then say goodbye and turn back around again and drive for another day." While Blake was focusing Kyle, Kyle was watching me as I nodded, reassuring him that I would have come back down somehow if it had come down to it.

Conversations drug on until Blake tugged on my hand, giving me a sympathetic look, and with that, I knew it was time to go.
When the goodbyes came, I began to cry but I did keep it together pretty well, only a few drops trickling down my cheeks. Though I let my emotions show, my brothers kept how they felt under locks but I knew they were sadder than they let on.
