Will and Nico's child

Chapter 1- The couple

I had just fallen asleep in Sunshine's adoption center when I had a odd dream, well odder than usual. I was in a big throne room and these ten feet tall men were in front of me. One of the radiated sunshine and warmth he was wearing a bright yellow toga which was odd. The other radiated death and made me scared, he was wearing a suit that looked like it was made of souls.

They turned to me and said "Our sons are coming to the adoption center to look for a child in ten minutes we hope they adopt you, so make yourself look good for them and be on your very best behavior."

The sunnier one added "I hope you are going to be part of our family." then he waved his hand. I woke up and ran out of the girls bedroom that I shared with 5 other girls to the bathroom. I brushed my hair and teeth and ran back to my room and opened a book to read. I looked at my worn out thrift shop watch and saw that it was 3:13, I had three more minutes until the people came to adopt a child. I tried to calm myself down but couldn't I was to nervous. After I had finally calmed down, Mrs.Harriss came in she was the owner of Sunshine's adoption center. She turned towards me and said "Why are you not outside with the other kids?" I told her my regular answer "They don't like me." "Well never mind that now, we have a couple coming over in a minute so be on your very best behavior and don't do anything weird" she sternly said. I recalled the famous incident when a couple had come over. They had just came over to me and Mrs.Harriss had said "This is Holly, she's a special case." The couple had stopped and stared awhile and said "at do you mean is she dumb or something?" I had lost it I was so angry but I couldn't let it show, these people might adopt me I had said to myself. That's when it happened, a big crack appeared at my feet and a skeletal hand had come out of the ground, the flowers on the dressers wilted. The skeleton had chased the couple out of the adoption center. I turned towards the flowers and concentrated, there was a flash of sunlight ad the flowers were fine.

Ever since then none of the other kids would talk to me. Well never mind that now I told myself sharply. "Yes Mrs.Harriss" I said. Ding Dong Ding the doorbell chimed. The visitors arrived. I went to my bed and said "Please Mrs.Harriss don't say anything that might make them think I'm weird." She frowned and said "Ok Holly." and walked out the door to greet the couple. After awhile they couple came into my room. I was speechless, there were two men one of the had rumpled black hair and was wearing a black leather jacket and black pants. The other was wearing a orange shirt and jeans and had blond hair. I bit back a laugh, this had to be a joke. "This is Holly." Mrs.Harriss said. "She seems like a nice kid." The orange shirt man said. "Yeah. . . " replied the other nervously. Welp I though if these guys are going to adopt me so be it.
