A couple minutes later there was a knock on the door. "I'll get it." I said quickly. "Okay Holly." Nico said. I hopped up off the floor and ran towards the door. I heard some muffled speaking outside but I only caught snatches of it. I heard "- like me?" "- tell them." and "Why?" 

I opened the door and said "Hey I don't mean to be nosy, but what are you talking about?" Frank and Hazel looked at me and said "Nothing, we were just worried that you might not like us." "Really? You guys are the best!" I said truthfully. Anyone who cared enough to wait in the hospital for a week was fine by me. 

I opened the door and let them in. They looked around and said "Nice house, do you know when your getting your stuff?" "Yeah we're getting it tomorrow." Will said happily. He was a little upset that he could not have his guitar because there was no room left in the car. "Yeah, not that I have a lot of stuff anyway. . ." I said my voice trailing off. Hazel held up a gift bag and said, "Well, we got you some stuff at Target." She handed me the bag and I sat on the couch. I opened it and saw a sketchbook, some colored pencils, a blanket and a pack of Starburst. I went up to her and hugged her. I also hugged uncle Frank who blushed and said, "Awww thanks Holly." I turned towards my dads and said "Okay you can go now guys." 

"First let me set some ground rules Holly." Will started. "No eating past 12:00 o'clock, no going outside without a adult or weapon. And if anything happens there's a piece of paper on the counter with Annabeth, Percy, Chiron, Piper and Jason. Leo and Calypso are not on there because there out trying to get the permit for the machine shop" Nico rolled his eyes and whispered "Break the rules if you want there dumb anyway, just don't get hurt and listen to Hazel and Frank." 

Will glanced over at us but decided not to come over and say anything. We walked to the door and I hugged them. They kissed my forehead and walked towards the door, Will tried to tell me some more rules but Nico pushed him out the door as he walked out and locked it behind him. I went to the window and watched the Camry roll down the driveway. "Welp." I said turning towards Aunt Hazel and Frank.

 Frank shifted from foot to foot awkwardly. "Well, Holly wanna bake cookies?" Hazel asked politely. "Sure! That sounds great!" I exclaimed, heading towards the kitchen. She took some cookie mix out of a tote bag and we started baking, but once we got to putting it in the oven she got nervous. "Frank . . . you know I can never do this kind of thing, it's not the same as when I was a kid." She said nervously. 

Uncle Frank walked over and said "Ok Hazel." He took the cookie pan and put it in the oven, slowly turning the oven dial. I stepped back and said "Aunt Hazel, if you don't mind me asking why can't you use the oven?" "Well I was born in 1928 then I died in 1942 but then your dad saw me in the underworld and took me back up here 70 years later. So I'm still getting used to modern times." She said in conclusion. Wow I thought, that's tough. We waited on the couch while the cookies baked trying to make small talk. Hazel asked me if I wanted to call Paige and Charlie to see if they could come over.

 I sat there and thought about what to tell them over the phone. I went to the kitchen and took the house phone. I looked at the piece of paper on the counter and dialed the number. Annabeth picked it up and said "Oh hey Nico, is something wrong?" "No Mrs.Jackson, it's Holly I was just wondering if you all wanted to come over for cookies and board games?" There was a pause and I realized that Annabeth was probably asking her family if that was okay with them. She picked it back up and said "Yeah, sure Holly. We'll be over in five, bye see you later." I looked at the sheet again and dialed Jason and Piper. They said they would be there in five to beat Annabeth in Monopoly. 

I looked at Aunt Hazel and Uncle Frank and said "Percy, Annabeth, Charlie, Paige, Piper and Jason are all coming over for board games and cookies in 5 minutes." They looked at each other smiled and said "Yes! We finally have a chance to beat Annabeth at Monopoly!" "That's exactly what Piper and Jason said." I replied. I went to the front door and waited for them to arrive. 

"Oh Aunt Hazel, would you mind telling my dad's that all of their friends are coming to hangout here?" I said nervously. I had just realized that I had just invited all of their friends to our house without asking. Ding Dong Ding, the cow says moo went the doorbell. "Ugh I see Leo added that to the doorbell." Uncle Frank moaned. I opened the door and saw Percy, Annabeth, Charlie and Paige standing on the porch. "Come in, come in." I said cheerfully. Annabeth handed me a large pan of lasagna and a bow wrapped in blue paper. "What's the box Mrs.Jackson?" I asked curiously. "Just a little house warming gift, I understand that because the adoption date was cut short and you don't have a lot of things for yourself. I still don't understand why they couldn't have just given you to your parents as a baby. But the Gods work in odd ways." She said emphasizing odd. 

I saw Charlie and Paige hiding in the back so I said "Why don't you guys head inside, I have some things to say to Charlie and Paige." Percy glanced at me and then his kids nervously. "Oh don't worry Mr.Jackson I just want to apologize for running off and dying." He raised his eyebrows and ran inside. I looked at Paige and Charlie and hugged them. "Umm what was that I thought you would be mad at us?" Charlie asked. 

"Let's go the loft, you guys have a lot to catch me up on." I said, leading them into the house. We climbed the stairs towards the loft area and sat down. "So." I started "What's been going on at camp?" They looked at each other and said "Well, it was creepy when you died because Chiron knew you'd come back from the underworld. So he made you a room in the big house and we waited for your parents to come get you." They mumbled. I mentally filed that creepy thought away. "On that cheery note, what else has happened at camp?"

 "Oh you know capture the flag, a few minor injuries. Nothing special." Paige replied. We chatted a bit more and when we got bored we went to my room. "Dad installed the fish tank, he said we can all go to the beach one day and collect some fish." Charlie said when he saw the tank. "Won't he be mad about putting fish in captivity?" I asked curiously. "Yeah a little, but these are the sick fish, the ones that if they stay in the ocean are gonna die." I thought about that a moment and said "Oh, that's really nice of him to do that." I said. We then discussed all the ways to decorate and when we could have a sleepover when I heard a shriek from downstairs.
