Killian opened the door to his office and Regina stamped inside.
His office overlooked the entire gym and she went towards the glass windows looking out at everyone below, with a more than sour look on her face and her arms crossed.

He shut the door behind himself, and she whipped around, giving him a resentful glare.
"You said I was ready, you assured me even after we left here before you went to sleep," Regina spat at him.

He sighed, "well maybe today you made me feel differently," he shrugged. "That's some bullshit!" Regina huffed at him.

"Never heard this sailor mouth come out of you," he commented. "Yeah well I'm pissed off!" Regina sneered at him.

"That's how you address your trainer?" He scolded. "I don't know if I'm talking to my trainer or my boyfriend right now but both are making me pretty damn angry!" She growled at him.

"If you weren't equally pissing me off I would be turned on and do you on the desk," he said flatly.
"Are you kidding me right now?!" Regina squawked at him.

"Yelling at me isn't going to get you very far and I can yell louder," he said. "Want to bet?!" She hollered.

The gym below attempted to mind their business but the shouting couple upstairs wasn't easy to ignore by any means.

"Regina, I am the coach, I'm the trainer and I decide!" He shouted back at her now.
"You don't get to just change your mind though and not give me a reason!" She argued.
"I make the demands here when it comes to your training," he insisted.
"So this is a trainer thing," she stated. "Of course it is, I'm not that bossy as a boyfriend," he scoffed.

"I want an answer and I'm signing up for that fight!" She demands. He scowls at her, "you can't without a trainer on the side," Killian said unamused.

"David will then," she snarled. Killian tipped his head up, disapprovingly. "Get your coat, let's go," he said taking his and opening the door.

"We aren't even done training now you're going against that too?!" She sassed. "No! This is part of it! Get your coat!" He snapped at her angrily now.

Regina grabbed her jacket and stomped past him holding the door. He sighed and headed out with her putting on his jacket as they got outside.

"Get in," he said opening his car and getting inside.

Regina was fuming but got into the passenger seat and she pouted there.
He drove, and passed a few glances at her as he silently drove.

"Where the hell are we going?" She finally asked after ten minutes. "You'll see," he muttered.

He stopped a moment, "just wait there," he parked on the street a moment and got out. Regina was angry and confused, as he got back in holding some yellow tulips.
"No they're not for you, because I would get you roses," he commented as she held them for him.

He continued on and Regina looked curiously around, not really recognizing the area.
As the car slowed, she saw a nice building, with brick and steel. She furrowed her brows looking at the signs.

She felt suddenly solemn as she observed where they were.
Killian got out and she followed him, and he took the flowers in hand.

They entered through automatic doors, and Regina just smelled the clean sanitized building, completely opposite of the gym they were just in.

She walked alongside of him to the receptionist, "Hi Mr. Jones," the receptionist greeted him, he was clearly a regular.
He picked up the pen and signed his name in the log. "Umm she's with me," he gestured to Regina, and handed her the pen.

"How is she today?" Killian asked. "Doing ok, in the therapy room," she answered him, and he nodded.

Regina quietly signed the log, and followed Killian as he heads down the long corridor.

As they reach the large room, Regina sees bars, and mats and various items clearly for physical therapy.
Killian grins, as he knocks, getting the attention of a brunette in a wheelchair.
"Hey champ," he winked, and the female smiled at him, moving her arms, as much as she could.

Regina's heart sank, "got your favorite," he kisses the woman's cheek and hands her the tulips.

"How are we today?" Killian sits opposite the woman, "she's good, couple steps," the nurse answered him.

He winks at the woman again, "Kay, this is Regina," he points to her. Regina forces a smile, realizing this is the woman he trained before.

Kay's eyes opened a bit more, she couldn't speak very well anymore. She made her hands into fists a bit, "you... fight?" She grunted out a bit.

Regina understood, "Umm yes," she nodded. "Regina is my .. Well, I train her and date her, her father was Pedro," Killian said.
Kay shapes her mouth into a 'wow' shape. "Yeah," Killian nodded.

"Goo.. you need wonnnam.." Kay moaned. "She said good I need a woman," Killian chuckled.

After a half hour, Killian sweetly kissed Kay's head, "I'll see you soon champ," he smiled.

He put his hands in his pocket, and Regina smiled gently as she waved goodbye.

Regina sulked and Killian looked at her and took her hand in his, squeezing it as they walked back to the front desk.

"I owe anything?" He asked. "No," the receptionist answered. "Ok, bill me," he headed out with Regina in tow.

Sitting back in the car
"She got hurt in a fight didn't she?" Regina figured. He hangs his head, "Yes, and it was my fault, she wasn't ready," he sighed.

"What happened?" Regina asked.

"She umm came from nothing, and that's why I pay her bills for this place, her family is trash and left her when she got like this," he explained.

"She was great in the fight and great before that. Spark, the fire, the ambition, everything a good fighter needs. You have all that too. She was winning the round, the bell rang, illegal sucker punch and she twisted so harshly, she landed on a stool and broke part of her spine," he said sadly.

"She can't speak because hitting the force on her esophagus ruined her vocal chords too, she's been in that center ever since, for two years now, that's why I wasn't at your father's funeral actually," he tipped his head up. Regina looked at him.

"Yeah, her fight was the day before he died, so she was in the hospital by the time his funeral happened," he sighed.

Regina took a deep breath and put her hand over his. "So that's why," she sighed.

"I looked at her like a little sister and I love her and ... with you... I love you in a different way," he looked up at her.

"I love you too.." she breathed.

A/N - awww angry to soft in two seconds ... now we know that deal .. will he let her fight ? Or will she be forced to make David coach her ?
