"Joy," The princess sung happily as she walked into the royal kitchen. "Fantasia," Joy said, turning to face her. She wore a sleeveless, red chef jacket with white lining on the sleeves and collar, a white long sleeve turtle neck under it, red jeans and converse with gold laces.

"Back before six," She said," And where's your guard?"

"Over here," A low, annoyed voice said from the doorway of the kitchen. Hera leaned on the the doorway. Her light but pale lavender guard jacket on, black jeans and boots. A knife strapped to her left leg, its golden handle still sparkled under the light of Hera's shadow. "I spent the last fifteen minutes scrambling through the city just to find you until I saw you fly to the castle." She calmly stated," How am I supposed to keep you safe when you wonder off like that? Who knows what could've happened to you while I wasn't around." Fantasia sighed," I can defend myself just fine Hera. Last time I checked, I was the best fighter in the land."

"That doesn't mean you're invincible," Her guard coldly reminded," People from outside can hurt you way worse than that White Mountain soldier did. And you almost died that day."

Daydream and Joy both knew what Hera was talking about. The Battle of the Snow, near the Fang Mountains. The last soldiers of rebellion who wanted to do nothing more than kill the princess and feed on her golden flesh and gain eternal life and power. Their plan almost worked...They all could remember it like it had been merely seconds ago.

"Midnight," Fantasia called. The big, black and dark gray wolf turned and stopped. She growled at the sight of Fantasia, wearing her her enchanted black clothes. Leather trench coat, sleeveless shirt, black pants and short heeled combat boots. In her hand, she held a bow, a hold of arrows strapped to her left leg. A dark gray sheath was attached to her belt with her royal sword inside. The wolf growled, The queen told you to stay in the castle! You could be killed out here! Go back, now!

"Midnight," Fantasia said with tears in her eyes," Please. My people need me..." With a small growl, the wolf let the princess get on her back before racing through a hole of their stone walls. Fantasia pulled out three arrows and pulled the string back as they went into the battlefield. Taking a deep breath, Fantasia let the string go.

Squelch!

Crack!

Crick!

They nailed three men in the heads, killing them and giving more time to the soldiers still fighting. She pulled out her sword as a muscular man with a steel bar in his hand charged right for them. He wore only a bear skin cape with black pants and boots. Just as Midnight quickly bit off the man's head, Fantasia was tackled off the wolf's back. Before hitting the ground, the brunette's back hit a tree. Her spine stung as she slowly got to her feet. Her sword only a few steps way but she was surrounded by six men. She looked down at her sword's shining blade,

the one in front of her catching her line of sight and seeing her plan. Fantasia ran and so did the leader. He lunged for her, she rolled as her hands firmly gripped its hilt. Back on her feet, Fantasia spun and sliced off his head. She slightly bent her legs slightly as Midnight had taught her. She waited...patiently waited.
