Chapter 14: Attention

"Come on guys wake up already!!" I heard someone yell. I was still asleep and could only hear little because I was focused on sleeping more. But then I felt my body being shaken.

"I'm up!! I'm up!!" I yelled then looking at a very tired Emily. I focused my attention on her face because it was funny seeing her hair messed up and a face with drowsy eyes. "Daniel!!" Stella yelled to me. "Huh!!" I said. "Did you even hear a word I just told you!?" She said a bit angry. "Oh sorry, I was focused on Emily." I said then looking to Emily who was still half awake. Stella shook her head and said. "As I was telling you, don't we go to school today?" She asked. The word 'school' had made my body a bit scared, I looked at a clock and saw that it was now 7:38. *Crap!! We only have at least 22 minutes to get to school, but we won't even make it because Emily is barely awake and we won't get ready in time. Think Daniel think.* I thought in my head for multiple solutions and found one that might get us there in less than a minute. "Hey Daniel you ok? You look a bit pale there. Oh, and what time are we supposed to go to school, I'm getting a bit worried." Stella said. *How can I forget, Stella could literally teleport us there like nothing!! This'll save us a huge amount of time!!" I thought in my mind as I had a huge smile of relief. "I'm fine Stella, just wake up Emily and get ready for school, and can I ask you a question?" I asked her. "Uhm sure?" She said a bit uneasy. "Think you can teleport the three of us to school, I'd mean a really lot to me. I may even reward you later." I said to Stella. I looked at Stella and she had literal sparkles in her eyed with a shade of red on her cheeks. "Does this mean you'll care for me more if I do this for you!!" She screamed to which I nodded. "And he said he'll give me a reward later." I heard Stella say silently. "I'll do it!!" Stella said giving me a thumbs up.

*Great. That's one problem of my list. But she left before waking Emily up for me.* I said in my mind. "It's sort of like I'm the one taking care of you girls." I said while giving a small laugh. I stopped laughing and climbed my way to Emily's face and gave her a kiss on her lips. This set off a huge reaction because Emily immediately waked up and stared at me before kissing me some more."Thanks for the morning kiss." Emily said as she blushed. "No problem, now can you get yourself ready. We're almost out of time left." Emily looked at me confused and looked at the clock, it was now 7:50 which gave us ten minutes to get to class. "Daniel we won't make it in time!!" Emily yelled. "Don't worry, I have it all figured out so just get ready for school." I said which got Emily up off the bed and change into some casual clothes. She was changing in front of me and I couldn't help but stare at her body. I slapped my face which got me control of my body and waited for her to finish. We took about five more minutes to brush our teeth and do some other stuff and went downstairs where Stella was happily waiting. "Ready you two?" Stella said which made Emily a bit confused. There was a bright light which got Emily a bit scared but just like that, we were at school. "Stella!! I didn't know you could do that!!" Emily said which made the two of us laugh. She looked at me and said. "Daniel, you knew about this?" I laughed a bit and said. "Of course, how else was I supposed to get from space to your house." I said. Emily had a face of total disbelief but after Stella explained a bit more on our way to class she understood. "Thank goodness, that means I could get more sleep." Emily said as she sat in her seat. She placed me on her desk and we continued talking until our teacher entered. I saw Amelia enter as beautiful as ever and gave her a wave. She gave me a wave hello with a blush and said.

"Hello class!! Hello Daniel!!" She said affectionalty which made Emily a bit jealous. Stella laughed and Amelia continued talking. "OK first things first, Emily you're expected to stay after school to do class president work, because you're class president and all." Amelia said which caught Emily's attention. "Ah man, I forgot I was even class president." Emily said in defeat. Suddenly a girl with a note came in. Amelia read it and said. "It appears the principal wants to have a talk with you Daniel, do you have any clue why he'd want to talk with you?" Amelia said. I was a bit confused to the sudden summons that the principal wanted. *I've never seen the principlal before, wonder how he looks like?" I thought as I began to picture how'd my principal would even look like. "Ashley do you mind escorting Daniel?" Amelia said which Ashley silently nodded. She picked me up and began to walk towards the principals office.
