Chapter 10.5

I fell to my knees. Not because of being hurt but because Jake had fallen to the ground as well. Also not because he had been hurt, but because Sam had fallen to the ground. John had shot Sam. I'm not sure how it happened either, it happened so fast. I stared at my friend, the look of sadness yet happiness that she held in her eyes was the most painful to see. My eyes teared up and my vision blurred a bit.

"No. Sam? Sam please-please don't leave me." I cried out shaking my friend trying to get her to wake up. Her eyes were closed and I couldn't tell if she was breathing because I was shaking so much. I looked at Jake. His eyes were slightly watering but not full on tearing up. I looked up to see if John was still standing there, and to my surprise he was. That mother fucker had still been standing there. I heard something right next to me, Sam had let go of the gun she had been holding. She must have been trying to shoot him before he shot one of us.

I reached for the gun, and once I had it in my possession I stared at it and then looked up at John then stood up slowly.

"You killed her." I said with as much hate as I could muster up.

"I-I didn't mean to. Honestly I wasn't trying to kill anyone. I-I..."

"Enough of your blabbering. If you weren't going to kill anyone then why did you even have the gun in the first place? Were you planning on killing Jake or even, me? You are just a psychopath with a gun-no, your a prick with a gun. You feel like you have the power to do whatever you want to just because you have the weapon in your hands. You are so stupid. Now look who has the power? Not so great to be on the other side of the situation now, huh?" I told him.

He put his hands to his face and his shoulders started trembling. I think he was crying. I threw the gun to the ground and went back to kneel next to Sam. Her breathless, lifeless body stiff. I have never seen her look so...I don't even know how to finish that.

"We have to call the police." Jake said. There were a couple tears that had fallen down his cheek when I looked at him. He looked at me. I nodded. When I got up to walk back to the theatre I saw people standing in front of the outside door.

They weren't just people either.

They were my old group, my family. The ones that have taken care of me for a very long time. I ran up to them and quickly asked for a cell phone.

"Yeah...here's mine." Delilah said.

She handed me her cell phone and I called the police. They got here within 10 minutes and arrested John. He kept saying he didn't mean to and blah blah blah but the police didn't buy it. The rest of us were forced to leave and go back home.

Wherever home was that is.

The few weeks had come and gone, while Jake and I got married the rest of the group went back to where they came from.

Jake and I stayed in the place where we had our first kiss, our first love and all that romantic stuff. It was also the place that we chose to get married. Life was good as a dancer. We always had our good laughs now and then and our handouts with the old group but nevertheless, we were all the same. And lived happily ever after. Or what was also known as My Dancing Romance.

~~FIN~~

Finished!!! Whooo! First ever completed book. I'm excited that I'm finished but sad to let these characters go.

Hope everyone who read this whole book loved it and whatnot. There will be a couple more stories every now and then to write and complete but we will just have to see how far I get with a book...that didn't make sense did it...?

Oh well. Authors got to do what an authors got to do. I actually consider myself more as a writer than an author but whatever.

ANYWAYS, leave your likes and dislikes about the book in the comments and also drop and hit that like button.

Thanks for sticking with me.

Later!
