Part 24: holding on

y/n sat there confused. what did she see? when she woke up she saw junhoe half naked with only a towel around his waist. his body was wet and his hair was drooping water everywhere.... that was a sight she had never seen before.

after sitting there shook for about 3 minutes. she decided to start her day and so she went to the washroom and did her morning routine. after she finished, as usual yunhyeong was making food for everyone. everyone was already awake and just doing their own thing

TO JUNHOE 

he went back into his room and decided to write some poems. he had a lot on his mind so he decided to let it all out. 

POEM

i know it's not that i don't love you, but why can't i find the words to explain how i feel. i know i love you... but why am i like this. you make my heart flutter every time i see you, you make me want to hug you, kiss you and just give you all my love. i know i'm a jerk.... i know I've been a jerk to you before, but i'll make things right for you. i'm holding on onto you so please just wait for me.

junhoe looked at his paper and he felt somewhat better after letting his feelings out. he felt as if he's been a total jerk towards y/n and that he doesn't deserve her love at all. he knows how he is and he just wants to gain the courage to officially tell her i love you. someone walks in and junhoe turns around to see who it is

bobby: food's almost ready... w-what are you doing?

junhoe got up and hugged bobby. bobby felt his cheeks sort of get hot. he felt awkward enough being in his room alone with junhoe but this is too much

junhoe: -soft voice- i'm a jerk... i'm such a jerk aren't i

bobby looked up and junhoe and junhoe was smiling sadly. junhoe really wanted to make things right with y/n.... 

bobby: yes, you're a total jerk.  but your lucky y/n loves you even if your a jerk. she has a big heart and she's giving it all to you, she is still willing to accept your jerk-like personality...... 

junhoe let's go of bobby and junhoe moved a bit back. 

junhoe: you're right.... but, thanks.

bobby: for what?

junhoe: for being my friend, for holding on to our friendship even after everything.

bobby's eyes widened. it was the first time ever that junhoe had said that to him. this made bobby really happy. he was happy to be his friend, to have a brother-like friend.

bobby: -smile- i'm always here.... 

they stood there... until it got awkward after 5 seconds. bobby awkwardly laughs

bobby: - scratching the back of his head-  um i think foods now ready

junhoe: y-yeah. 

the both leave junhoe's room and once they go out they see everyone is going to the table to eat.

jinhwan: soo, what were you two doing there?!

everyone laughs but junhoe and bobby. both of them slightly blushing but they both turned their heads the other way to hide that

y/n: alright! foods ready let's eat

they all sit down and everyone eats. after having a good time eating, y/n gets a call. 

y/n: excuse me i need to take this.

she gets up and leaves

donghyuk: she is so modest....
