Three days have passed and Castle Dragul is fully armed and ready for battle. It is a very cloudy day, no rain is falling, the faint smell of death drifts in from a light breeze. Seven hundred, both from the Loli Army and the Dragul Knights, stand on the walls of the castle with bows. It is a strange sight to see little girls standing next to fully armored knights. Another thousand kights take to the ground with swords, maces, spears, and axes, they stand ready as their armor shines with a ray of sun breaking through the clouds. Before the undead army gets in view Ronin, Indrim, and Victor slip out the back of the castle walls.

Ok, here is the plan, everyone else has their orders, so we are taking to the sky early. Ronin commands.

They nod and standing in a triangle they all reach out their hands in both directions and cast the spells hear thoughts, invisibility, and life detect on each other. With a cloud of Shadow, fire, and lightning they transform invisibly into their dragon forms and take to the sky.

The undead army slowly comes into view, all unarmored zombies, numbering in the three thousands. Their combined groans sound like a constant growl and their footsteps like thunder. A faint green light can be seen in the far distance, unintentionally marking the location of the Necromancer Queen and Generals.

Let the archers take the point, whatever they don't hit the ground units are to deal with. If our army gets overwhelmed we will step in, otherwise, our target is solely the necromancers. Ronin says to Indrim and Victor.

Fingers crossed. Indrim says.

We will not be defeated. Victor says.

The undead army moves faster, just coming in range of the archers.

FIRST RANK, FIRE! Itsuki shouts

The first shots fly into the air, and land hitting three hundred zombies. Other zombies stumble and crawl over the fallen and continue.

The best part about this plan is that it doesn't only take walkers out, it slows the others down too and keeps them in range for another rank to fire. Ronin says.

Pure genius. Victor says.

I wish I could take credit, but this was one of the most brilliant strategies in my world's history. Oda Nobunaga was a strategist, from Japan, ahead of his time, limited only by single shot ammunition like our bows. I firmly believe had he been able to use multi-shot ammunitions, he would have mowed down armies ten times his own's size. He had the luxury of choosing his battles, we do not.

He sounds like an amazing leader, too bad he wasn't a dragon. Indrim says.

RANK TWO, FIRE! Itsuki shouts.

Once again the arrows land, but this time hit five hundred.

ALL RANKS FIRE!

The sky becomes shadowed in arrows and land hitting a full eight hundred zombies. A hundred or so zombies get through but are mowed down quickly by the ground units.

That is more than half their forces downed. Indrim cheers.

Yes, it is very impressive, but that is my world's power, to empower others to succeed. Ronin grins.

Your world sounds both amazing and terrifying. Victor says impressed.

It can be. With overpopulation comes increasing conflicts, but some seek to repair more than destroy. It can be an endless, horrifying cycle. Ronin says sadly. At least here, there is more of a chance for peace to concur the land.

FIRE! Itsuki shouts again.

Another four hundred are hit and fall.

Only one thousand undead left. Indrim laughs. And our forces have not had their first casualty! This is absolutely amazing!!!
