The pregnancy Rumors

Note: Carmelo Anthony is pregnant.

Houston, Texas.
4:30pm,

Carmelo Anthony looks at himself in the mirror. Little did he know that there were some pregnancy rumors that the fans were spreading the comments thinking Carmelo Anthony was pregnant. When he walks past to Mike D'Antoni, the head coach knew what was happening. "Carmelo, May I have a word with you?" "Sure coach, what happened?" Carmelo was stopped in his tracks.

"I was asking about something," He went to talk to the player. "Someone commented that you're pregnant," "Okay what?" Carmelo didn't know what had happened. "Who thinks I was pregnant?" He looks confused. "Well no one," He said. "But I told them no he doesn't look pregnant to me," "Well good," He shrugs. "Damn! I better take the pregnancy test later after the game because I haven't been feeling well for the past 4 days,"

The coach asks what caused Carmelo Anthony to go under weather. "What was your concern?" "Well you can tell I was Concerned of late," Carmelo explains. "Just as you know I've been sleeping late, experiencing the tenderness on my body or whatsoever. In the meantime, it did happen to me," "When did you first experience the symptoms?" He asked. "This morning before I left," He answered with hesitation. "Look, I looked at myself in the mirror and I said: Wow, this is getting out of hand," He sighs. "Well if you want, you can take the pregnancy test here," He insisted that Carmelo Anthony would take the pregnancy test in the locker room, but he didn't want his teammates to see it.

"No coach, I had to take it at home," He politely declines the head coach's words about taking the pregnancy test in the Locker Room. "Well that's fine, you can just take it at home, you don't have to tell your teammates, you just wanted to keep your pregnancy a secret, so no one will know," He smiles and yet, Mike tells him. "Just get some rest for now," After going to the Houston Rockets practice facility, Carmelo heads to 7-11 across the gas station as he buys a pregnancy test on the medicine section. He took the pack and went to the cashier to pay for it. The lady who worked in the 7-eleven asked. "Is everything okay here? You look pale," "Oh I'm okay, I'm just nervous that's all," Carmelo didn't want to talk about the father of his baby. The lady was 5'4" and Carmelo stood 6'8" while buying the pregnancy test. Carmelo was a large person that went to the store and ran for an errands.

When he got home at his apartment, his boyfriend was away on the trip with his family and he went straight to the bathroom. He opens the box of the pregnancy test and placed it on his nightstand. His roommate Marcus Camby didn't know he bought the pregnancy test.

"So Carmelo, are you planning on taking it?" Marcus Asked. "Well yes, why?" He asked the question. "Well, I'm just asking," Carmelo grabbed the pregnancy test without Camby noticing. He sat on the toilet for couple minutes. Please be negative please be negative please be negative. He thought to himself. He waited for the results to come back.

2 minutes later,

The results came back. "Okay, so the results are... POSITIVE???" Carmelo freaks out. "You have got to be kidding me!" He came out of the restroom. "I thought this was negative but what the heck," He looks frightened. "Really?" Who was confused. "Well, I hate to say this... but, I'm pregnant," Carmelo's face turned pink. "Oh wow," He began to feel surprised.

"Damn It, what will my teammates think?" He was panicking knowing that his teammates would get mad knowing that Carmelo Anthony was pregnant. "Now my mom is going to kill me if I tell her that," "Are you crazy Carmelo?" He chuckles. "I'm sure your mother will understand," "Yeah, but she will be like: what the freak Mijo?" He protested. "And my brothers will say damn boy! Perhaps, I had to find a way to hide my baby bump while going to the tournament and interviews. I can go clothes shopping later," "Oh okay," He said.

"Yeah but promise you won't tell anyone that I'm pregnant because I don't want my teammates and the coach to be mad at me," Carmelo Warned him about the pregnancy stuff. He managed to go across the scenario as he was listening to the music. Perhaps, it would've been embarrassing for the 240 lb small forward as he went through phrases.

The next day,

Carmelo was eating out with Lance Thomas, Carmelo was 4 years older than Lance. However, he asked about Carmelo Anthony's boyfriend. "So who's your boyfriend?" Lance followed. "Steven Hunter, Why?" "Well, in that case, I saw him while I was at the mall," Lance said. "Hey! That's my boyfriend!" Carmelo blurts Out when his former teammate saw the boyfriend. "He was like oh how is my Melo doing? And I told him: he's doing well, just busy with tournaments," He explains. "But he was saying: Oh I'll stop by to see Carmelo Anthony, Damn! I miss him so much,"

Carmelo Anthony started crying. "I realized that- Carmelo, are you okay?" "Well Yeah, I knew at this moment that Steven was the one looking for me," He sobbed. "You know, you and your boyfriend are going to see each other again," Lance reassured. "I miss my boyfriend as well, I'm pretty sure I would see him as well," "Oh," He shrugs wiping the tears on his face with a paper napkin. Yet, they ate out at IHOP.

"We know everything in common as you can see him," They laughed as they walked around. "Baby," Steven went to hug him. "Steve!" Carmelo ran to him. "How's everything?" "It's been well," Lance smiles knowing that Carmelo was reunited with his boyfriend. He showed the pregnancy test to his boyfriend. "Pregnant?" Steve gasps in surprise. "Yes babe," He squeals. "Oh my gosh! I'm going to be a dad," Steven Hunter lifts his 6'8" boyfriend up in the air. "And I'm going to be a mom," Carmelo shouts.

"So they'll call you Mama Melo," Lance teases. "Hey! Stop that!" Carmelo slaps Lance Thomas on the shoulder making him laugh. "Dude! I'm just teasing you," "Yeah right," He smirks. "Well, let's go home," Steven Hunter managed to take him home.

3 weeks later,

Carmelo was in the kitchen making breakfast for his boyfriend before going to work. Later on, he ran to the restroom and puked his guts out. "You Alright Babe?" Steven went to him as he grabbed a cup of coffee. "I'm okay Steve, it's just a stomach bug," Carmelo replied wiping the contents from his mouth with a sleeve. "Do you want me to take you to the clinic?" "Yeah sure," he sighs.

At the medical center,

Carmelo explains to the doctor that he had eaten Mexican food and Filipino food that didn't suit him well. "Just as you know Doctor Melanie will be here to assist you, my name is Marlon, I'm the older brother of Melanie and I'll document the symptoms on the paper and put it on the computer," "Okay Doctor Marlon," He nods. Steven and Carmelo were at the room talking and then laughing. Doctor Melanie comes in and said. "You guys are so happy, that's good," She smiled. "So how are you Carmelo?" "I'm well Doctor Melanie,"

"You met my brother, correct?" "Yes," He answers. "Alright, let's get started shall we?" "Yup," he hops in to the bed and she turned on the ultrasound. "Alright," She cautions. "It's going to be a little cold, so hang in there," She places the jelly on Carmelo's flat stomach as she noticed a developing blob inside him. "Is t-that a baby?" He asked. "Yes It is a baby, congrats Carmelo, you are on the 3 weeks of pregnancy," She announced. "Thank you so much," He thanked the doctor for the check up. "And also to keep your pregnancy healthy, you should take vitamins regularly and eat small frequent meals, but not too much," "Okay," He replied.

After they went for a check in, Carmelo and Steven went home and yet, they planned on thinking about the surprise baby shower (it will be on the silver lining: Carmelo Anthony/Steven Hunter).
