I'd never seen so much destruction in my life as I did on Corsen then. Every house had been burnt to the ground, bodies were scattered along the ground. Even the stone stronghold Arven stayed in when he came to visit had been torn to pieces. I looked back at Hope and Juniper,

"This looks bad," Hope whispered.

"Stay close," I told them, then patted Star on the side of her neck.

Take it easy, I told her, stay alert.

We flew over the ruins, looking for anything that would give us clues on what could've caused so much wreckage. I looked everywhere I could but saw nothing, it was my sister, that somehow managed to find something in the wreckage, and it was so big I couldn't believe I hadn't seen it.

"James," she said, and I turned to look at here. She pointed at something, "There."

A giant claw print was imprinted in the soft mud. It was about as wide as Starfire was long, maybe even bigger. Four huge talons extended from the foot, and one on the heel. I knew it didn't belong to Svara or Shalkar-drag, Shalkar had long toes with short claws while Svara only had three talons.

"That doesn't look like any of our dragons," Hope noted, then I knew, that this was definitely not one of our dragons.

"Whatever made this is not from the Nine Islands," I said, "Its from Astrid's home."

Suddenly we heard a roar sound in the distance, as if I had given it it's cue. It came from further North, and I knew exactly what that meant.
"It's reached Dorsven!" I yelled, and Starfire lurched forward, and within minutes we were in the Capital of the Dwarves.

My heart skipped a beat when I saw the huge dragon. It was at least 250 feet, and had a large club on its tail. It's scales were red, and thick teeth extended from the dragon's upper jaws. Huge wings were tucked at the dragons sides. Shalkar-drag stood on the far end of the beach, scraping the sand with his claw.

The new dragon's six red eyes looked in all direction, but the front two were focused on Shalkar. It stood on the beach as if it had been froze by Juniper, staring down Shalkar-drag. A thunderstorm swirled overhead, which was strange because it had been clear on Corsen.

Shalkar let loose a roar and charged. At full tilt Shalkar-drag was easily the most dangerous battering ram in the Nine Islands. If he made contact with the other beast he'd surely break his skull. The bigger dragon dodged Shalkar though, and put all its force into its shoulder and shoved Shalkar, sending him flying.

Shalkar landed with a loud, Boom!, in the sand, and within minutes the larger dragon was on top of him. The huge red dragon pinned Shalkar on the ground and the two dragons faced each other. Shalkar snapped at its throat but had no success. The larger dragon opened its jaws and a green substance exited them.

Starfire let loose a roar, catching the red dragon off guard. It looked back at us, and that's when Shalkar took the moment to get his legs underneath the dragon, and throw it off. Star dove without warning, and I was luckily able to grab the reins in front of me with one hand, if not I would've flown off.

She flew down the dragon's side and blew fire onto its legs. The red dragon roared in agony as Star's fire burnt right past its scales. Then Shalkar-drag slammed into the dragon's other side, causing the dragon to lose its balance and fall. Starfire flew as fast as she could away from the falling behemoth so we wouldn't be crushed under its weight.

The huge dragon gave out one last roar, then it died on the beach. Shalkar planted his foot on the dragons chest,

"You fought well," he said, then gave out a victorious roar. After he was done, he looked up at Star, Hope, Juniper, and I. He nodded at us, "Thankyou chieftain."

"Corsen has been destroyed," I told Shalkar, "Nothing is left standing, and as far as I could tell there were no survivors."

Shalkar grunted, and seemed to falter under his own weight. He looked towards the other dwarven village all though it could not be seen.

"Arven will not take well to the news," he whispered, "Follow me.
