Life after loss

Let's talk about Valkyries's story on Tabda: (flashback!)
She arrived there via the bifrost bridge thanks to her friend Heimdall, who had suggested to send her to one of the most peaceful planets in the Universe. Having refused Mars, she chose Tadba instead.
Once there she met an old farmer called Tibo who offered her shelter for a few days till she figured out what to do with her broken soul. Three weeks passed and having seen old Tibo fallen sick, she decided to stay in his farm and work the earth and care for the animals. And so she helped her new found friend until his passing, 86.5 years after her arrival. The Government took away the land since she didn't own it and Tibo had no family, and so yet again she was alone in the universe.
Having thought of ending it all, with just one more pain that would be her final, finally being free, she remembered her fallen camarades and decided to go on with her shitty life. One last chance. She found it on the fighting arena of Willa, a southernish region in Tabda, where the Tabdarians fought for money, fame and power, but mostly (wo)men, as the winner would get to spend a night with 3 or 5 models with such great bodies if they wanted to. They got to chose their gender if you were wondering.
So Valkyrie joined the luchadores and made a name for herself after defeating all the existing champions, and people loved her for her roughness and one iconic trate: no talking at all. They didn't even know if she was mute or if she had a mouth at all, as she always wore a full mask, with a star on it. Shag Star was her luchadora name, as she didn't quite clean herself much. People would have never guessed that under that white and green costume there was once a Valkyrie member.
After winning so many times and becoming oh so rich she got overconfident and cocky, which led to her first loss: a new champion called Jumo had made his way to the top and defeated her. After an impressive fight V managed to knock him to the ground, and thinking him knocked out, she saluted the public, facing her back to him. Jumo who was just resting a little bit got up and smashed his hands against her back, wreaking it. Not being able to fight anymore and have being sent to a hospital (she spent 1 year there), and having some pain left under her firts ribs, once again hope was not at sight, and all was dark. Only spending her millions on alcohol seemed to help her stay alive.

(Author's note: take in mind that time in Tabda is different from Earth. While on Earth is the year 1999, here is the year 8435 and they pass quicker, more or less a Tabdarian year equals 5 months in Earthens.)
