"Midnight! Reiko's here!" Joshua's voice rang out.

"In a minute!" Midnight yelled.

Midnight was standing in the bathroom, pulling her long black hair into a high ponytail.

As she came down the stairs, she saw Reiko, her close friend, and Joshua chatting in Japanese.

"Looks like you two are getting along well." Midnight teased.

"Geez Hanami. Don't need to surprise attack everytime you see me." Reiko retorted back.

"Ladies and Gentleman she has brought out the birth name. I repeat she has brought out the birth name." Joshua said.

"Whatever." Midnight said, rolling her eyes.

"On a different topic. Damm, Hanami you look hot." Reiko said.

Midnight glanced back down at her clothing.

She was wearing a grey sleeveless crop top and low-waisted black baggy trousers, paired with an long black bomber jacket, a blue and white flannel tied around her waist, and sneakers.

"You scrub up nicely too." Midnight said back, though this honestly.

Reiko was wearing ripped black jeans, a cropped dark grey hoodie splattered with paint, and a white mesh cami, and 3-inch black creppers.

"Well, what are you waiting for, let's go!" Reiko said, dragging her friend out of the house and into the car.

"I miss hanging out with you Reiko." Midnight said as they drove to their favourite hangout. It was perfect because Midnight wasn't yet of age, and local and smaller bands often played there.

"Me too. But that's what you get for being a successful person." Reiko said, sending Midnight a cheeky grin.

Midnight had met Reiko about a month after she had come to Korea, and the two had bonded over their home country, and bands. Reiko introduced Midnight to this place, and Midnight found comfort in the older girl.

They parked at the location and quickly made their way in.

"Hey Sam!" Midnight said, waving at the waiter that happened to be walking by as they entered.

"Hi Jia and Rei! Your favourite table was just cleared and the next band is on in 15 minutes. Do you guys want the usual?" Sam said.

"Thanks Sam. And can we get an extra order of the tteokbokki?" Midnight asked, as they walked towards the girl's regular table.

The girls sat down and watched nunerous live performances as the small popular resturant filled up with people.

"Sorry to intruppt, but you guys have 3 extra chairs, and one of the staff said it was okay if we sat with you guys." The two girls turned around to see 3 males.

"Oh no problem." Reiko and Midnight said quickly, pulling their bags of the chairs and slinging them over the back of their chairs.

"What are your guy's names?" Reiko asked.

"I'm Park Dojoon."

"I'm Lee Hajoon."

"I'm Lee Jaehyeong."

"Oh! Well I'm Jung Yoona or Reiko, and this Lee Jia or Midnight." Reiko said pointing to herself before pointing at Midnight.

"Do you guys speak english?" Hajoon asked.

"Yeah. Midnight's my English name, but I actually have 3 other birth names plus my Korean name. Reiko's English name is Rose." Midnight said.

"Ah well, we all have English names as well. Mine is Jeff, Dojoon's is Leo, and Hajoon's is Dylan." Jaehyeong said.

"What brings you guys here?" Midnight said.

"We're actually apart of a band called Windfall. We often perform here, and we performed earlier." Hajoon said.

"Cool. Midnight also is apart of a band, though she's on hiatus since her band is in Japan." Reiko said.

"Are you guys both from Japan?" Dojoon asked.

"Yeah. I'm full Japanese, but Midnight's Chinese and British by birth but was raised in Japan." Reiko said before taking another large gulp of her drink.

"Cool."

As so they night went on. The five chatted, enjoyed performances, and got to now eachother.

"Yo Reiko. We need to go now. I'm supposed to be back at the dorms by 10. It's 9:45."

"Okay."

"Hey! We should exchange numbers, so we can hang out more often!" Hajoon said.

"Sure." Reiko gave all three guys her contact, and got their's, and Midnight got all of their's but only had time to give her number to Jaehyeong.

Once the girls had left Jaehyeong looked at the contact name.

"Midnight.... Yu?"

"What is it Jeff?" Dojoon asked.

"Midnight said she was from Japan right?" Jaehyeong asked. "Well her contact name says Midnight Yu."

"Oh my god! We were talking with drummer of The Blazing Arrows the entire time!" Hajoon asked.

"Which also means...." Dojoon started.

"That we were talking and gave our numbers to an actual IDOL!" Jaehyeong said.

"Reiko was pretty cute though not gonna lie." Hajoon said.

"Looks like Dylan's got a crush!" Dojoon said.

"Oh shut up."

Reiko is just an OC, she's not an idol, and for the most part will be a minor recurring person in Midnight's life
