Chapter 10: Levi's return

A week later psych let Levi out, he returned to school shortly after. While he was absent though, Cody saw a chance to hurt me, and he took it. Billie tried to protect me the best she could while Levi was gone, but don't get me wrong she is exceptionally strong, but she's not as tough as Levi. By the end of the week the color indigo stained her face. I felt terrible but, she said not to worry about it. When Levi finally came back though, it was as if nothing ever happened. It was strange, but I didn't want to question it. He already went through hell, and I didn't want to be the bully that reminded him of his awful past. Even though I didn't remind him, Cody and his gang sure reminded him though. They won't let him live it down. Because as soon as he came to school and went to his locker Cody showed up. Him and his goons started yelling things at him and poked his head and hit it, stating horrible things such as, "Hey heard you were raped, but maybe you just said that to cover up the fact that you like being dominated." All while Ajax and Joshua were moaning Zach's name in the background. I'm guessing they were trying to imitate Levi at the time. That kept happening until Billie found out and howled at them until they left him alone. For about 2 days. They then found another way to torture him, they soon started to prank call him by calling him and saying things like, "Ah Z~Zach daddy! F~fuck me h~harder!" Then they would hang up. This went on for 2 months, until, one day, I was walking down the hallway and heard them record that nasty message. I felt like vomiting, as my chest started feeling dense. I don't know what came over me, because I started walking up to them and grabbed the phone they were on and slammed it onto the ground. It quickly dropped to the ground with a piercing sound following it. I soon looked up not knowing what I had done, and almost as soon as the confidence came, it went. The confidence I once had was replaced with fear. The gang of boys soon looked up to me with their eyebrows furrowed, and a scowl appeared on their face. They proceeded to hold me down while Cody was standing over me. I felt a spark of fear rush through me. Cody began getting on top of me and sitting on my chest, I couldn't breathe, he was too heavy. "C-Cody! Please g-get off of m-me!" "Why?! Can't handle this either? Can't handle a dominant male on top?" He then started to make me look at him as he swung his hand and planted it on my face. Pain then went through the left side of my face as I let out a plain filled shriek. I'm guessing someone heard my scream because a second later I heard the closet door slam open and a familiar voice filled the room, "AY! WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH MY BABY?!" I recognized that voice...it was Levi! Levi quickly picked me up punched Cody and ran out of there with me in his arms. He brought me outside and threw me on the ground. My arm got scratched when he did that, I yelped when he threw me. He turned around swiftly and stared at me with a cold expression. I started feeling more nervous then I did when I was around Cody. My breath quickened and so did my heart beat. Levi must have noticed this because he turned around and said, "Are you scared of me? Your breathing fast, so you must be. Huh, is it because I'm acting like my father? Or maybe because I told you I was an assassin? So what is it Daniel? ARE YOU SCARED OF ME OR NOT?!" His voice started raising rapidly and I felt hot tears fill my eyes as he noticed that he started to make my cry. His eyes grew wide and he turned around. "I can leave if you want...no use in yelling at you, but what we're you thinking?! They could have seriously hurt you!" I could tell by his voice that he wanted to raise it, but he didn't, and I appreciated it. I slowly got up as he kept lecturing me. I slowly approached him and wrapped my arms around his torso. He started to tense up as I hugged him harder, signifying that I wanted him to hug back. He did and we stayed there for what felt like hours. I soon started to break down sobbing, "I-I'm sorry! I didn't want to make you worry! I'm sorry!" Levi started hugging me tighter, "Shhhh, it's okay Babe it's okay." We stayed like that until I calmed down, He then planted his lips gently on mine. I started kissing back as he broke the kiss. I wasn't in the mood for more though so I was fine with him breaking it off. I smiled when I saw him grin. "Your so cute." "I-I'm not c-cute!" "Heh that's what makes you so cute." We stayed there for the rest of the period until the halls were filled with students once again. He helped me up as we walked towards the back entrance.
