Harry Potter:
Best Character: Hermione of COURSE.
Worst Character: Bellatrix. I'd prefer Voldemort than her.
Hunger Games:
Best Character: Johanna. My instant choice for my partner in the Hunger Games would be her.
Worst Character: Peeta. Sorry all you Peeniss (haha) shippers, but Gale should've gotten Katniss. Peeta should die. In an oven (credit to Rachy567).
Divergent:
Best Character: Tris. (Well well, what a surprise)
Worst Character: Caleb. He should've died instead of ____ (I did that so that you people who haven't read all three books don't get spoilers).
Mortal Instruments:
Best Character: LUKE.
Worst Character: Well, I would say Jonathan/Sebastian, but seeing as what happened in CoHF, I'll give him pity. So I choose Magnus. Sorry, but the idea of a sparkly Asian (no offense, but I've always pictured him as an Asian) warlock with cat eyes makes me laugh.
The Selection:

Worst Character: King Clarkson. Thank goodness he- *remembers not to spoil*

Best Character: Hazel.
