"Hey Bardock?", asked a feminine voice. It was Fasha who was walking up casually from the rest of the crew who were talking and getting along.

"Hm?", responded Bardock who was staring off into the distance. His face hardened from many years of fighting and surviving.

"Where be Okara at? Isn't she usually around this time?", Fasha was very direct as she said this. Seeing that Bardock and Okara were close, she figured on asking him where Okara was at lately.

Bardock frowned to the mention of his friends name, his eyes shifted to look at Fasha seriously which made Fasha cross her arms with a bit of a smirk. "Something tells me she isn't coming huh?"

"No.", replied Bardock who closed his eyes in annoyance. "She yelled at me, told me to not come around her anymore."

Fasha tilted her head very interested, "Oh yeah? What did you do to her to piss her off?"

Bardock opened his eyes glaring a little, "I did nothing. The only thing that I did was talk to her."

Fasha smirked some more, "What did you say to her? Even if we are saiyans, we female saiyans are very different from you males. You can't just say anything stupid to us, cause if you do then of course you are going to get bit!"

Bardock frowned, "I didn't say anything stupid, just asked her to come join us and hang out."

Flashback ~

It had been quite a long while since Okara had been coming around to hang with Bardock and his crew, all of them were pretty much a close group of comrades who got along well with each other. Then something happened, Okara stopped coming around them entirely and at times she would be seen with a completely different crew which confused Bardock. So it was a normal response to go up to her and ask her what is up.

Stopping near Okara's home, Bardock blinked and looked around. She was no where to be seen. His eyes shifted behind his shoulder as he decided to walked around, as he searched for her. Finally finding her, did he approach her. "Hey?"

Okara stopped and refused to look at him, the fact that her back was facing him bothered him greatly. As he stepped up to stand in front of her did she shift away from him showing her back to him still. "What the hell!?!", Bardock spoke firmly not liking her response to him. It was like she couldn't stand to look at him and that was very upsetting to him.

Grabbing her arm he held her in place. "Talk to me!"

"Let go.", replied Okara with a cold voice.

The tone of her voice was harsh and detached that it took Bardock quite a long time to process what he had heard. Okara was never like this with him, heck the two of them would talk for hours and had a good laugh. She also didn't mind him smoking, which was very nice of her. Bardock knew that she was a loyal person, who always had her friends back and to see her act like this really hurt him. She was loyal to him, and he was to her. Why couldn't she see that?

"Okara seriously talk to me!"

Okara knowing full well that he wasn't going to let her go, looked at him sharply. "I don't have to tell you anything! Let go of me!"

Bardock's expression was a firm serious look before going surprised as Okara yanked her arm out of his hand. His eyes narrowed as he glared, "What the hell is wrong with you lately!?!"

"I want to be left alone! Don't come near me anymore!", spat Okara as she stormed off.

Bardock watched her go with his eyes still a glare, before shifting to a lost and confused look. His right hand some what lifted to reach up for her, but she was long gone which caused him to lower it as both of his hands clenched tightly into fists.

~ End Flashback ~

Fasha frowned as she listened to Bardock speak about what had happened between him and Okara. After he was done did she close her eyes and say, "You seriously need to take a hint? I can't believe you grabbed her arm like that!"

Bardock frowned, "Of course I did! She would of kept ignoring me and left otherwise!"

Fasha opened her eyes as she looked at him, "I suppose I'll go talk to her."

Bardock closed his eyes as he crossed his arms. "..."

Fasha walked away with her hands on her hips with her eyes closed, "I'll tell you what she said. Cause it is obvious that you are dying to know."

Bardock scoffed when she said that before opening his eyes and looking after Fasha with a blank expression. It was true. He really wants to know what is wrong with Okara, cause she is never like this with him. Never had he thought that he would be missing her terribly, seeing that the both of them were to much alike to each other.

His crew were as close to him as a normal family, and he was missing one who was his best friend. Seeing his close friend being upset and hurt around him, hurts him far worse than it was hurting her. Why couldn't she just trust him and tell him what was wrong? Why keep him out of something that is clearly hurting her? That he didn't understand.

~ That Night ~

Bardock was carrying a bag to his home, his eyes were focused what was ahead of him. His eyes shifted to the side as he saw Fasha walking up, and he stopped as she walked up to him.

"Hey.", spoke Fasha who had her arms crossed looking at him.

Bardock raised his left eyebrow, "Well, what did she say?"

Fasha closed her eyes as she let out a sigh. "I can't really tell you."

Bardock blinked and glared firmly, "What! Why!?!"

Fasha walked by him now, "I told her I'd keep it a secret."

Turning around, did he grab Fasha by the shoulder. His expression was serious as he looked at her. "A secret? Tell me a little bit! I need to know what the hell is wrong with her!"

Fasha looked at him, her expression turned playful. "You really can't take this anymore can you? You are practically desperate!"

"Fasha.", glared Bardock. "I'm serious."

Fasha closed her eyes as she laughed a bit, "Of course you are. That is the problem."

Bardock looked down as Fasha softly removed his hand from her shoulder, his right hand which was holding the bag of items were extremely tight. This was becoming frustrating, just how much longer is Okara going to keep him in the dark about something? His friend was hurting about something and he couldn't do anything to help her, all because she doesn't want him around or knowing what was wrong.

Fasha began walking away, "Just be patient. I'm sure it won't last forever."

Bardock watched as Fasha left. Both of his hands were clenched tightly at this point, as he looked in a different direction from his home. He was going to go back to Okara's, cause he needs to know what is wrong with her. He won't rest until he finally understands what is wrong with her.

~ To be continued ~
