I awoke to sudden realization: I don't even have Vic's number. How am I going to figure all this out without his number? I think I found my mission for the day.

"KELLIN!"

"I'M COMING!" I scream. I run down three stairs at a time and right out the front door.

"Whoa, you're early today."

"I have stuff to do. Now can we go please?"

"Yeah, yeah." She says dismissively.

__

"Mike!" I scream, running towards where he stands at his locker. He looks up quickly looking around for the source of his name calling. "Where's Vic!?" I asks breathlessly.

"Whoa, Kellin you're here on time today!?"

"Shut up! Now where is he?"

"At his locker."

"And where might that be?"

"Just around the corner, why?" He asks, skeptically. I ignore him, speed-walking down the hall and whipping around the corner.

"VIC!" I scream, pouncing on him in an awkward hug.

"Kellin!?" He asks, turning his head so he can see me. Then quietly muttering, "Kels, not here; get off."

"Kels?" I ask with a raised eyebrow. He shrugs and turns fully around to face me.

"What do you want?"

"Sex." I smirk, pushing him slightly against his locker.

"Kellin!" He scolds.

"Just kidding. I need your number."

"For what?"

"So I can tell you the time and place for... you know." I say knowingly. He nods and tears a piece of paper scribbling digits down and shoves it into my hand, slamming his locker, then standing there looking everywhere other than my face. I think Vic's a little flustered, maybe even embarrassed. I roll my eyes, laughing, take his hand, not turning away and walking backwards skillfully into the bathroom I know is there.

"Let's make out." I say when we're safely inside.

"Kellin, not at school." He says, as I melt against him.

"Fine. I'll get you one day, Victor." I say.

"God it's hot when you call me that." Vic admits. Shocking me by actually speaking his mind.

"Wow. Talking dirty now?" I raise my eyebrow as high as it can go. "Don't you think that's moving a little fast."

"We need to get to class." He says, pulling away.

"No kiss?" I pout.

"Just one." Vic sighs. Our lips connect in a simple slow kiss. If it's even possible I melt further against him, our lips moved carefully in a slow paced rhythm. Myself fully eloped in the moment of fabulous bliss. A last flutter of butterflies and I let him lead me back out to the hall.

__
"Glad you could join us on time today, Kellin." Ms. Momsen says as I pass her desk. I salute to her and take my seat, preparing for whatever boring fucking lesson she has for us today.

__

"Hey guys." I say, sitting in Mike's usual seat for chemistry. I don't know why but Mike decided to sit on the other side of Vic today. I turn towards them so my knee rests against Vic's.

"Kellin! Dude this weekend was rad. Megan had so much whe-" He coughs. "We were... uh talking on the phone."

"Mhm. I bet she had sooo much fun talking to you." I wink. Vic looks at us with a confused questioning look in his eyes but we both ignore it.

"Anyways. What did you want Vic for this morning?" Mike asks.

"Just some chem questions." I explain, avoiding whatever look Vic shoots my way.

"Oh. Like what?" Mike asks, flipping through the pages in his binder. I give Vic wide eyes, telling him I have no idea what I should've asked. He gives me a worried look then rolls his eyes.

"He just wanted to know the effects iodide has when mixed with sulfer." Vic says, throwing in what I assume are random chemicals.

"When what is what? I... uh... Wow, Kellin you're smart."

"What can I say?" I shrug. "I'm just a fucking brainiac."

"Yeah." Vic chuckles. "Let's go with that."

"Hey!" I exclaim, slapping his arm lightly. His cheeks get a tinge of red that's barely noticeable but I stare at him so much I realize the slight change. A smirk makes its way onto my lips as I turn my head towards the beautiful not Mrs. Haggarty.

__
"Tay you're back!" I yell, crashing into her full force. "Where were you!?"

"My aunt's... sister's... husband died." She says, making it sound more like a question.

"What?"

"I don't even know man. I had to go to like 20 family members' houses."

"Holy shit."

"Yeah, I got Vic to come to the first one on Saturday. It was horrible."

An image of Vic pops up in my head, I actually feel immense guilt build up in my stomach. It'll hurt her so much if she ever finds out. Which she won't... so I guess it doesn't matter.

"God. That sounds horrible." I try. Weak, so weak.

"Yeah. So anyways, how was your weekend? What did you do?" She asks. My stomach sinks as she asks a question I know I'll have to horribly lie about.

"My parents were out of town." I say, so far so good. "So I got to do a bunch of stuff I'd been wanting to do." I tell her, carefully choosing each word so I avoid lying.

"Like... what?" She asks, brushing slowly through the mannequins rough hair.

"I went to a college party." I shrug.

"What? No way! What was it like? Vic went to a college party once." She rambles. "It was with Jenna and he met this dude Jaime. He got drunk out of his mind. Luckily for him, Vic was nice enough give him a ride home."

I was surprised Vic didn't tell her about how the party we went to, but I almost burst out laughing when she mentions the ride home... Jenna assured me it was a different kind of ride. We switch subjects after that and eventually the bell rings.

Time to go home and plan.
