Chapter VI

Edward's pov

I felt something leaned against my shoulders. I looked over to see Olivia resting. I smiled as I too was getting tired. I then picked her up and into an empty room. After I closed the door and placed Olivia down onto the bed, I began to take all of my dirty clothes off. I went into the shower to clean my filthy self and got out. I felt so clean. I haven't felt like this in months. I then felt relaxed and pulled the soft blanket towards us and I held her close.
"Goodnight, libeling." I whispered and gently place a kiss on her forehead and fell into slumber.

I then went to my dream. I was at a house. A different one. In a different world. I was walking towards the living room, finding Olivia, sleeping. I smiled and made my way towards her.
"Libeling, wake up." I whispered. She moaned and flutter her eyes, looking directly to my eyes.
"Edward."
"Come." I simply spoke and we went outside. Then suddenly, Maxis ran towards me and panted. I grew worried now.
"Maxis, what happened? What's the matter?" I asked.
"You must leave-" he was interrupted by a sudden stab on the back with a claw. I backed away, protecting Olivia. Maxis corpse lied on the ground and revealed a monster. He somehow grabbed ahold of Olivia and didn't think fast enough to protect her. They both flew off. Olivia struggling to set her self free. I panicked, knowing that I didn't bring a weapon and I doomed her and myself. Her arm reached out as I stared in horror.
"Edward!!!" She screams.
"Olivia!! NOO!!!" I hollered and tears finally fell as the love of my life was taken away from me and I didn't do anything to save her.

I woke up, panting and sweating, good thing the windows were open and it was cold. I sighed and stood up from where I slept. "Edward?" I heard a voice. I looked over to find Olivia staring at me. She knew something was up.
"I'm alright. Just a nightmare. That's all."
"I don't believe that. Whatever it was, you can tell me." Olivia said with softness. I thought about it and told her the story. I really wasn't a big deal, but I guess it was always good to tell on things.
"I'm sorry. Here." She places my head on her chest. It was weird at first, but I eventually felt tired and safe.
"Don't worry. I'm not going anywhere." She quietly whispered to me. I hugged her.
"Same here." I mummer and fell back asleep, in the embrace of an angel. The fear still embedded into my thoughts still and I fear that the dream I had encountered was going to happen sometime. I don't know when the time will come, but if something like that happens, I'll be prepared for what's to come.

Morning came and we were all wide awake at this point. We all made breakfast and sat down in the dining room. Dempsey and Marie came in giggling and laughing.
"What's up with you two?" Olivia asks.
"Watched a movie last night and was fucking hilarious." Dempsey wipes a tear from his eye.
"I don't think I've ever seen that before. Me and my brother, we would always watch something our parents wouldn't allow." Marie spoke.
"And you both got away with it?" He chucked.
"Sometimes we do and we would eventually get caught." Marie explains. Dempsey laughs.
"Where's Nikolai and Takeo?" Dempsey asks as he looks around. I then replied.
"I haven't seen them. I supposed there still upstairs." Then, the door opens to see the two coming in. Both of them looked as if they had been working.
"Sorry. We've been working on the farm."
"Oh! I didn't know Maxis has a farm."
"Just a small farm though. We just patched it up and harvested a few things." Nikolai explained and he spoke again.
"So how's Maxis? He's still working on the book?"
"I believe so. He's been studying it hard for a while. Once he finds the answers and the secrets, we'll surely know what's up and how we stop the apohicance." I mummer, then drinking coffee.
"I believe there is a sense of purpose for you two. Marie and Olivia. We heard from Maxis that you four require the power of the Raven knights." Takeo spoke. The girls nodded.
"Yes. A little while back. We went to Antarctica to search for the king. Not only we found out that one of our boss' friends betrayed us, especially our boss, but my brother was the rookie that held our rightful powers." Marie explained. Dempsey looked confused and surprised as well.
"Seriously?"
"Yes. Right now, it lies dormant inside of us. I'm not sure whether it will appear anytime soon or maybe it has to do something with the four of you guys." Olivia replies.
"Indeed it is. You are correct, Olivia." Maxis spoke and walked towards us.
"Wait what?" Olivia was shocked.
"You finished it, Maxis?" I questioned and he nods.
"Of course. It wasn't that hard to figure out, but what is strange is that all of you played a crusal part in the war. Before the aether showed up. You four were destined to not only stop the evils, but you were also destined to grow close to one another. At least the two of you women, since you're the only two female figures at the time. Olivia your partner is Edward and Dempsey's partner is Marie. The rest of you two were destined to pray for twelve months before you were giving a child from God. They are angels from the most high, but there is one child that would lead to peace and that child is the one who will defeat the evils, for good."
"A child?! Who?!" Olivia asked, hysterically, demanding to know.
"That I do not know, but I am fairly certain that that child is a female and her heart is the pure as all the rest of the angels. Her heart and soul are one with God and Jesus Christ, as a matter of fact."
"Are you kidding me?!" Dempsey yelled. At this point I was as shock as I was confused.
"What?!" Olivia gasped.
"No way!" Marie spoke out as well.
"I heard what's happening, and I want to know what is it about this?!" Drostan walked in and so did Jefferson.
"Yeah. I wanna know who this girl is and how we can find her?"
"Like I said, it'll take time for me to located the one since there are multiple of her's out there. With the help of the kronorium and this book, I might be able to find the one girl."
"This girl...is she like...stronger than us."
"Only spiritually and mentally. As for her physical strength not really but it is controlled by her mental state, which is stronger than all of your mental state."
"Man, that's incredible. I wonder how she got her way around then?"
"Right now, I still have to find the world she inhabits, as for the time being, you all stay put and rest. I find out more about this girl and what she has been up too, and especially her team too."
"Don't overwork yourself." I insisted. Maxis simply replied, reassuring me of my worries.
"I'll be alright. I know my limits." As he left downstairs. Everyone was silent. Dempsey was the first to speak.
"So, a girl with a pure heart. Jesus." He said. Takeo stepped in and spoke.
"Whoever this girl is, I can feel in my gut that she could be the key to unlock something far greater, far beyond in our reach, where she can only reach."
"I can't wait to find out who she is? I assume she's somewhat a teenager. Anywhere 16 or 17." Nikolai responded cheerfully. Dempsey scoffed.
"Obviously. If she was a little girl, she obvious wouldn't survive unless her team are adults, trying to look out for her. Maybe not."
"We'll have to wait to get more answers. Right now, I'm exhausted still." Jefferson replies.
"And I'm starving." Drostan spoke as he enters the kitchen. I ponder over the thought. Who could this girl be. It obviously ant be Samantha. Some girl that is far different from Samantha and far greater than all of us combined, but I know deep down, that me and Olivia were destined to protect this child as a parental figure.
