Lloyd packed up his things and took the map.

He left a note and was gone the next morning. There was knocking and knocking and knocking on his door but there was no answer.

Eventually, they let themselves in. They saw no Lloyd but a nicely made bed and a piece of paper explaining where he was headed and that he figured out the map.

He didn't trust anyone out there. Who knows whose hands Morro fell into? Who knows if he was hurt or even...Worse?

Where was the reasoning?

The staff hesitated on letting the public know Lloyd left. They didn't want people to panic.

Meanwhile they did that, Lloyd, bundled up and all, trudged through the deep snow. His face other than his eyes were shielded against the falling snow. He held the map out in front of him.

There were four main locations mapped out, and in between, smaller, not so important details. Lloyd was still carefully paying attention in case of some decoy or false direction.

It was difficult to tell exactly whether or not Lloyd was in the right place. Everything was dead, bare, and covered in snow.

Unlike the map.

He couldn't even picture what the kingdom looked like with no snow. His entire life, all he'd seen, was snow. All year long.

He was so used to adapting to that.

Only in books had he seen a green, alive environment.

Lloyd kept getting distracted. He was zoning out into the broad landscape of pure white. He didn't like the way the sun reflected the colorless particles into his eyes.

But that changed. To the left, glittering and sparkling caught his eye. He turned his head and looked, getting just a little bit more blinded than he already was.

"What is that?" Lloyd questioned aloud. He looked down at the map, which he had definitely been paying attention to. He had come across one of the main marked locations.

The Crystal Kingdom.
