Lloyd examined the area before heading any closer. As he did, all he saw was the blinding light reflecting from the ice and crystal, blinding him. It was hard enough to properly see when everything was pure white.

There were no people outside. Can I just go in? Should he even go in? Yeah. They might have information.

Lloyd skeptically walked into the territory. There was no security, no guards, just the large crystal palace. Though something was off about it. As he got closer, the 3D appearance disappeared.

It was just a barrier.

Lloyd noticed the snow stopped falling as he walked on. He approached the barrier and stared up at it. Now he understood why there were no people.

There was a pearl colored door right in the middle of the 2D crystal. After thinking for a few minutes, Lloyd cautiously put a hand to the door. As soon as he touched the knob, it all melted away. Lloyd stared ahead in shock. Ahead was green.

He'd only seen this in books. Never once did he think he would ever see spring in person.

The snow faded away into green grass, sprinkled with colors from all the flowers. There were leaves on the trees and buds of flowers and fruit. Lloyd was almost scared to step into all of it. He didn't want to ruin something. But he shook the thought away and entered the now open doorframe. When he looked back; the door was back, and closed.

The temperature was so different. It wasn't hot; but it definitely wasn't as cold as he was used to.

It brought Lloyd a happy feeling. But that all went away when he remembered what he was here for in the first place.

He heard the wind rustling the leaves on the trees, and birds chirping. Everything made him uncertain about what he was doing. Why didn't anyone know about this place or travel here? And why didn't it exist back home?

Lloyd sighed. He got stressed. As much as he would like to stay, he really wanted to be home. With Morro. But he had to keep moving forward because he knew Morro wasn't here.
