Lloyd was confused. How did that happen? The cat was there but it wasn't with him. He didn't know where he went.

Lloyd's blood was boiling. He wasn't finished. He wasn't ready to come back. He had unfinished business with the group he would probably never find again.

He cursed to himself. What was he going to tell everyone? The whole kingdom? They'd be devastated. And disappointed in him.

He then heard a knock at the door.

"Who is it?" Lloyd asked. He went to the door and opened it. It was Dareth.

"I knew I sensed you were back!" He grinned.

"You did?" Lloyd raised an eyebrow.

"I have special powers." Dareth boasted.

"Do you now." Lloyd chuckled.

"Nooo." Dareth sighed. "But you're back! And Morro?"

"About that...I come with news."

"What kind of news?" Dareth asked.

"Well let me tell you...It isn't very good news. Not at all."

"Is he..." Dareth paused. "Is he..."

"Gone?" Lloyd finished. "I have reasons to believe he is..." he let out a choked breath, trying not to cry.

"Oh no..." Dareth looked horrified. "What are we going to do...?"

"I'm lost..." Lloyd was looking down.

"How will we tell everyone?"

"I don't know yet..."

"This is awful news...If only I...We...Could bring him back..."

"Everything dies with reason...I don't think he was meant to stay here any longer. Even though it hurts us all." Lloyd tried to sound strong but not even he could take the situation like that. It more than hurt.

"Wise words Lloyd. Wise words." Dareth had that signature tone he had. He just had this voice. Lloyd could never tell when he was or wasn't being serious.

But now was not a time to joke. Not at all. Lloyd was more than serious as well as heartbroken and even Dareth most likely couldn't find something to laugh about.

"We need to tell them." Lloyd straightened his back. "It's...It's my job to."

"I'll be right there with you. Your majesty."
