As Ben was about to leave his brother asked him for a lift to school so Ben agreed and said yes but was waiting for 20 minutes for his brother to get ready. His brother was the first in his family to find out Ben was gay he wasn't used to the idea at first but came to realise that he's still his older brother and their bond will never get broken. He is also the co captain of the football team so he's best friends with Matthew. His name is Lewis Hughes. Lewis has a different dad to Ben, Ben's dad died when he was 2 and him mum married again 3 years later and then Lewis came along. Lewis and Ben are extremely close sometimes inseparable. Lewis is the second most popular kid at Westland he texts Matthew and warns him he's gonna be late and his brother is going to give him a lift. Half an hour later and they are speeding into the gates and pulling up across the car park to Matthews car, Lewis and Ben see Matthew walking in school as Lewis tries to catch up Ben stops him and says "Right if you want a lift in future ask me the day before now I'm late to class you fucking prick." They both get out the car and walk inside, Ben feeling that today will not end well.
