Once again, akin to the innumerable times before, Seonghwa and his boyfriend Ahyun had gotten into a fight about whether or not Seonghwa was cheating on the latter male. Of course, this was not true, but Ahyun's insecurity got the best of him and accusations spilled out like water from a tap.

Ahyun's so-called 'dumb accusations' began to irritate Seonghwa, which left him wondering if Ahyun even wanted to be in a relationship with him. The two fought so often that there was hardly any time to love one another, which resulted in Seonghwa's own insecurity — he was lacking a certain type of love that he had previously gotten from Ahyun quite often. That craving for sexual relief drove him to searching for an alternative solution because he couldn't really force Ahyun into sexual intercourse.

It was driving him crazy — he didn't want to end things with Ahyun, but his body was feeling jittery and unsatisfied.

Hongjoong was stuck in a relationship he was afraid to end. Hwang Eunyoung and Hongjoong had been dating for almost 6 years since high school. Their love was holding up pretty well, but Hongjoong felt that recently, it was beginning to crack. Eunyoung no longer did the small things that would bring Hongjoong joy or do things that simply made him feel loved — the relationship had fallen empty.

Hongjoong remembered the days when Eunyoung would buy him a bouquet of yellow daffodils every week just to make him smile. He remembered when they used to watch old romance movies and Hongjoong would start braiding the older's hair. He remembered when they could make tender love to each other as often as possible.

But their love was fading away — slowly and unnoticed. It was as if Eunyoung had gotten what he wanted from Hongjoong and no longer needed him. It drove Hongjoong to the point where he doubted Eunyoung's love for him.

Seonghwa needed satisfaction and Hongjoong needed love. Without knowing, they could offer each other both of this simultaneously.
