The walk had been long and frightful, Lisa had little sight for hours as they made their way through the dark woods. Even in the early morning light it had been hard to see with the trees so large and close together. She continued to trip over branches and logs, jumping at ever sound.

This was Candala's territory, hunting was her specialty and she moved with ease in the relative darkness. She was nearly silent as she weaved a way through the trees. Lisa however, was the opposite causing snapped twigs and constantly tripping loudly so all animals scurried away. It was true she wasn't hunting, or Candala would be infuriated at the noise-maker behind her, but even so they still needed to be as quiet as possible. however early it was the second they were found missing, a search would ensue.

And they did not want to be found.

The Vindress roared, "GONE!"

Thompson quivered, "yes your majesty, they seemed to have fled early this morning."

"I want my troops scouring the woods, don't come back unless it is with their heads on sticks." She said, fury filled her eyes and washed anything else from her face.

"Of course, your majesty," Thompson mumbled, bowing and quickly rushing off to see the order done.

The Vindress took a deep breath calming her self, she was not one to fly often into a rage. Her face calmed and the fury dissipated as quickly as it had come. She motioned for her messenger to come and deliver any news.

"A letter has arrived, from Lamdon." He exclaimed, handing it to her and quickly rushing to the sidelines in case she got even angrier.

Her majesty and to who it may concern,

We have sent this letter to all places in which it my concern, Lamdon is officially in mourning. The Vin was pronounced dead only a few days ago, and has finally been put to rest.

In other news, a coronation will be held in two weeks time. Sir Charleston will soon be put as leader of Lamdon.

Let us mourn, but also rejoice. For a new Vin should be in place soon, we hope our relationships will thrive with this new leadership, and our bonds made stronger.

                                                                    Sincerely,

                                                The High Court of Lamdon,

The Vindress laughed with glee, Charleston! Of all the fools he could have put in place, this was the worst. She already had plans, and strategies.

Lamdon, was going down in flames.
