Chapter forty 4

Payton's pov still
We talked and played games the rest of the day. Until there was a knock at the door. We all went downstairs and y/n answered.
Y/n: Zoe?
Zoe: can I talk to you for a minute Cody is just making up so many lies about me I just can't be-
Y/n: let me stop you right there Zoe. One I've known Cody longer than you and he would never lie to anybody especially his fans. Two don't just show up to my house when you are uninvited. Three you can leave now.
Chase: oh shit!
Zoe: shut the fuck up I don't know you you think you are talking to.
Y/n: can you leave? This is my house and I will call the cops.
Zoe slapped y/n and y/n punched her.

Zoe tried to his you again but missed and you punched her again. She ran up to you and kicked you so you kicked her on he ground. You were about to punch her again until Payton and Cody grabbed you.
Chase: Zoe leave now!
He pushed her out the door and shut it. Payton and Cody let go and looked at you.
Y/n: she's a fucking bitch.
You went back upstairs and few minutes later Cody came up too.
Cody: hey
Y/n: what do you want cody?
Cody: are you good?
Y/n: she just showed up at my fucking house and tried to kick my ass so sorry if I'm not ok!
Cody: just chill out. Come here
He put his arms out and you went up to him. He wrapped him arms around you and you put yours around his neck.
Y/n: I never liked her you know
Cody: yeah I do...
Y/n: what are Payton and chase doing?
Cody: just sitting on the couch
Y/n: let's go see if they wanna go somewhere or something.
You let go and you both walked downstairs. Payton and chase looked over at you.
Y/n: do you guys wanna go anywhere?
Chase: we could go hang out at the mall?
Payton: I was thinking the same thing.
Y/n: let's go then.
Cody: we are gonna take my car so everybody get in.
You walked out to the car and sat on the left in the back. Chase and Cody sat in the front so Payton sat in the back with you. You grabbed his hand and intertwined your fingers. He kissed your cheek at Cody drove off.
Chase: I've wanted to say this for so long but that was some fucking bad ass shit especially with crutches dude.
You all laughed and you pulled out your phone. You already had people blowing you up because Zoe put it out there.
Payton: nOpE give it to me.
He put his hand out and you place your phone in it.
Cody: awwwww i just realized you two were dating again
Y/n: YOURE slow Cody

You guys all laughed and Cody pulled into the mall parking lot.
Cody: like nobody is here today...
Chase: yeah somebody is gonna wind up finding us and then that will be ruined so get up and let's go before it is.
You opened the door and chase handed you your crutches. You guys all got out and headed towards the mall. When you went in and you guys were there for at least two hours before the crowd came.

You guys got kicked out of the mall because so many people had come to take pictures.
Cody: well that was fun
Chase: yeah minus the fact we got kicked out.
Payton: yeah.
Everybody looked at you and you just continued to walk until They stopped.
Y/n: what?
Cody: you just seem like you didn't have fun...
Y/n: I did I just don't feel well. Maybe something was in the tea.
You continued to walk until you got to the car.
Y/n: can you unlock it if you guys are just gonna stand back there?!
He unlocked it and you got in. You pulled your phone out and a few minutes later everybody else got in. When Payton got in you layed your head on his shoulder and played on your phone until you fell asleep.

Payton's pov
I felt like there was more to it than her not feeling well so I grabbed her phone. I unlocked it and started to go through it. I had been through almost everything except her messages. I click on it and instantly go to her first messages. It must have been a guy she met at the mall because there was no contact name or anything.

I just stared at her phone in shock. I was so scared I could barley speak.
Payton: we need to go to the police station now!!!
Chase: why???
Cody: on it???
Payton: I'll tell you when we get there just step on it!!
I looked at y/n and squeezed her hand. I shook her awake and she rubbed her eyes.
Y/n: what?
Payton: we are going to the police station.
Y/n: why?
She layed her head back on my shoulder and grabbed my hand.
Payton: because I know about the guy from the mall.
She sat up immediately and I saw tears form in her eyes.
Y/n: what guy?!
Payton: please don't...
Cody: what are you talking about??
Payton: NOT NOW CODY DRIVE!!!
When I looked back at her she had her head turned towards the window. I could see the tears glistening in the sun as they fell from her face.
Payton: come here...
She layed her head on my shoulder and I wrapped my arms around her.
Y/n: I'm scared...
Payton: all of us are here nothing is going to happen.
We pulled up to the police station and parked. We all got out and walked up to the counter. We explained the situation and they tracked the guy down. He was arrested and is awaiting trial.
