Lumine knew what he had to do. He had to help Yantra beat Yenrer. Lumine and Yantra both went into dragon force. The only difference between the two was Yantra had more control. She sent out several clones all using a various elemental roar. The two Lumines used a special move he made. Seven element dance. Yenrer reared his head as he roared and dispersed the roars attacking him. Lumine was focusing on the legs. Both Lumine managed to get their attacks in but didn't do anything.
"REMEMBER ONLY DRAGON MAGIC CAN HURT HIM!" Yantra yelled as she adapted Lumines attack into one with her magic. Sting and Rogue took down Matalicana and she disappeared, the two went to help Natsu and Gajeel. Laxus, Wendy, and Phoenix took down Gandena and went to help with Igneel as well.
"Your friends are stronger then I expected. Let's see them try again this." Yenrer said aiming a roar at the group of dragon slayers. Lumine and Yantra both were there in an instant.
"Light balance secret art: reflect!" They goth yelled as the attack bounced back and hit Yenrer.
"IM SORRY IGNEEL!" Natsu yelled finishing off the Igneel they were fighting.
"THIS IS FOR ALL OF THE PEOPLE YOU HURT!" Lumine yelled.
"FOR EVERYONE WHO HAS A DREAM!" Wendy yelled.
"FOR THOSE WHO DIED AT YOUR HAND!" Phoenix yelled.
"FOR THOSE WHO DIDN'T GET A FUTER." Sting yelled.
"OR A FAMILY!" Rogue yelled.
"FOR THOSE WE CARE FOR!" Gajeel added.
"good job Lumine you knew exactly what to do." Yantra said.
"COMBINED SECRET ART: DRAGON SPIRIT RELEASE!" Lumine yelled as the two became one. Lumine now had perfect gray hair and eyes.
"Come to me." he said holding out his hand as something appeared in it, a key.
"Lumine good job." Yantra said pushing everyone behind lumine.
"I beacon thee to my side. Spirit stronger than the king and weaker then Nikolai. Open gate of the goddess dragon." Lumine said as a bright golden light came from him. Within seconds several dragons were there by him. Igneel, Matalicana, Grandena, Phoenix, Weisslogia, and Skiadrum. These five dragons. Yantra had told the others what to do. The five dragons took to the sky. Lumine was the cue.
"Spirits are not something you play with." Lumine said before walking back to the others. He turned to Yenrer.
"Combined secret art: true roar." He said as everyone let out their respective elements. Yantra and Lumine did not though. Instead those two were the ones who that attack was focused on. Yantra took from the dragons and Lumine took from the dragon slayers. The unleashed an attack that wasn't like anything else. It pierced through Yenrers scales and through his flesh. Once the attack stopped so had Yenrers heart. The attack was one meant to either kill or revive. Yantra was finally free.
"I'm sorry for not telling you earlier bubs." Yantra said as Lumine returned to normal. The dragons disappeared. Lumine stood there facing away from them and just dropped. Everyone rushed over to him. The next thing he knew he was inside one of the inns surrounded by everyone at the battle.
"What happened?" He tried asking but nothing came out. All he could do was lay there. He could hear and smell and feel everyone around him but couldn't do anything.
"Where is Porlyusica?!" someone yelled.
"We can't find her!" another voice.
"WE NEED HELP HERE!" Phoenix screamed.
"Where's Chery?" Wendy asked.
"WE'RE HERE!" a voice yelled.
"HELP US! IM NOT LOSING ANYONE ELSE!" Phoenix screamed again.
"STAY WITH US!!!" Stings voice rang out the most. Lumine felt a tear drop into his face. Then another and another. He felt Sting grab his hand and squeeze it. He heard Sting cry. The only thing he could focus on was Sting. The only thing keeping him was Sting. Sting was the one who saw him through the games. Tho one who loved him. The one he loved. He wasn't ready to go. Not without saying good bye. He knew that. He knew he couldn't go without telling his family, his friends, his niece, good bye. A tear slipped out of his eye but no one noticed. Sting kept crying and holding Lumines hand. Throughout the day people left to deal with what happened in their own way. The only person who didn't leave Lumine was Sting. 'STING GO! GO LIVE YOUR LIFE!' Lumine tried to yell but still nothing came out. Lumines hair was still the solid gray. Periodically people would come and comfort Sting or try to get him to move to another room. Sting refused every time. Sting and Lumine were alone. Sting stayed by Lumines side the entire day and night.
"Sting you need to eat." Rogue said sitting next to him.
"No." Sting said his head resting on Lumines chest.
"Do you know?" Rogue asked not wanting to finish it.
"He's not dead." Sting said with a bitter tone. "I know it."
"What if he is?" Rogue asked.
"If he is then he is and there is no one else I can give my heart to." Sting said. Rogue left and once again it was just Lumine and Sting.
"You know. Everyone is worried. Please come back. Please. For us. For me. For Phoenix." Sting whispered as he started to cry again. Sting never let go of Lumines hand. Lumine knew this even if he couldn't say it he knew. He knew Sting loved him with everything he had. Lumine tried to speak but couldn't. He tried to move his leg of his foot but couldn't. He tried raising his arm he couldn't. He tried to let Sting know he was there but couldn't. He could feel everything and hear but he couldn't tell anyone. His heartbeat was slow his breathing to. The only thing to do is wait. Sting stopped crying as he thought he felt something pull his hand. Lumine had managed to grip Stings hand.
"GUYS! GUYS!" Sting yelled as he let go of Lumines hand. Lucy and Erza came running from upstairs.
"WHAT?" Lucy asked frantically.
"Look." Sting said grabbing Lumines hand. He squeezed once and Lumine squeezed. Some reaction from Lumine even if it was a little. The skin around Lumines face tightened a little to form a smile but not enough for anyone to notice. Sting was smiling behind tears. He knew Lumine wasn't dead. Throughout the day Sting would try to get other things to happen. He knew how to get Lumine to grip his hand. He learned how to get other reactions out oh him. Sting managed to get Lumine to roll onto his side without pushing our pulling him. That night Sting fell asleep resting his head on Lumines chest. He thought he heard something. Sting sat upright rubbing his eyes.
"No dont. I need to." Sting heard from somewhere. He looked around.
"Please let me." there it was again. Sting crept up to Lucy and Erza's room and knocked. Took them downstairs and let them listen.
"Let me." said the voice a little louder then the rest of them. Erza and Lucy looked at eachother.
"You did this." said the voice. This sent a chill down Stings spine. Sting felt like someone was there but not there. He knew right away what it was.
"Please help me." the voice whispered into Stings ear.
"Why can't I?" The voice asked.
"I know you know." the voice whispered to Sting. Sting walked over to Lumine and hugged him. Even if Lumine himself couldn't hug Sting he knew Lumine was hugging him.
"Please com back." Sting whispered behind silent tears. Stings ear was bleeding. The spot Lumine bit. Sting knew that Lumine had done it. Lucy felt a chill. She felt something poke her cheek. The only person who poked her cheeks was Lumine. She knew what happened and went and hugged Lumine with Sting.
"We're waiting." she whispered. Erza was the last one to feel the chill. She brushed it off but it came back. It hung off of her. It felt like someone cold draped their arms around her neck. She felt slight breathing on her neck. She knew who it was. Lumines spirit. She quickly hugged him.
"we know your alive." She whispered. The three of them stopped hugging Lumine but stayed in the room.
"Hey wake up." Wendy said gently shaking Lucy.
"Huh, What is it?" Lucy asked stretching.
"He's gone." Wendy whispered as to not wake Sting.
"Who?" Lucy asked.
"Lumine. His body is gone." Wendy whispered.
"What?" Lucy asked loudly. Sting didn't wake up but Erza did.
"What's going on?" she asked walking over to Wendy and Lucy.
"Look at the table." Wendy whispered.
"He's gone." Erza said calmly.
"How can someone so close to, you know, disappear?" Wendy asked.
"We should look for him. Or his body." Lucy said standing up.
"What about Sting? When he wakes up he's going to get scared and worried." Erza said.
"We can have someone else watch him. Keep him in a room. Make sure he doesn't come down here." Lucy suggested.
"But where?" Wendy asked.
"One of the spare rooms." Lucy answered.
"The only one we have is Lumines." Wendy said.
"It'll have to do." Erza said. She quietly picked up Sting and proceeded upstairs. Once at the room the she laid him on a bed and closed the door.
"Lucy, Wendy. Wait here while I get someone to watch him." Erza instructed as she walked off. A few minutes later she returned with a sleepy Natsu and half asleep Rogue.
"Here. Guard this door. Don't let anyone in and don't let Sting out. If that happens you'll both be punished." Erza said scaring Natsu awake.
"Yes ma'am." Natsu said as Rogue kind of just bobbed his head in agreement. Lucy, Erza, and Wendy left. The three searched the streets for any sign of Lumine. Only thing Wendy found was his scent leading into Sabertooth. No one in Sabertooth seen him either enter or exit. They continued to search. They went to the arena. There they found Yantra.
"I can still feel his magic it is not done yet." Yantra said looking at the stars.
"What?" Lucy asked.
"Yenrer must be defeated by Lumines hand. Or he will live." she said.
"What do you mean Lumine did beat him?" Wendy asked.
"Physically not spiritually. Mine and Yenrers magic is unique. You need to either be given it or killed and your spirit absorbed." Yantra said standing up. She pointed directly at Lucy. "Gemini is like a little brother to me. Treat him right and all is forgiven."
"What do you mean? All is forgiven?" Lucy asked.
"You were supposed to make sure Lumine stayed until Sting was able to stand being without him. Now Lumine is missing and Sting has no idea." Yantra explained.
"We are worried for our friends. Even if one may not be able to do anything but involuntary muscle movements. Where were you when he was inches from death? Sting stayed by his side the entire time and his mother couldn't even be there." Erza said getting somewhat angry.
"I was making sure my brother couldn't inhabit another physical body and transform it. You don't realize what he's capable of." Yantra said getting just as angry.
"OH A MOTHER MORE WORRIED THAT HER ENEMY IS ACTUALLY DEAD INSTEAD OF HER SON WHO WAS SO CLOSE TO DEATH THE ONLY REASON HES ALIVE IS BECAUSE THE LOVE OF HIS BOYFRIEND!" Erza yelled.
"Erza calm down." Wendy said stepping between the two.
"I worry about keeping the evil down. If one good soul is lost that is just a sacrifice for the world. If one evil soul is allowed to live then the world is in ruins." Yantra said calmly stepping forward.
"IN A FAMILY THERE IS NO GOOD OR BAD! IF WE HAVE TO KILL TO SAVE EACH OTHER THAN SO BE IT! BUT THE MOMENT YOU ASK ME TO GIVE UP ON MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS BARELY LIVING THEN YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO SPEAK TO ME!" Erza yelled.
"ERZA CALM DOWN!" Wendy yelled.
"Is family really more important then peoples lives?" Yantra asked stepping closer.
"YES AND IF YOU THINK OTHERWISE THEN YOUR THE EVIL ONE!" Lucy yelled in a bout of anger remembering Natsu's fight with Zeref. Natsu risked everything just to save the guild. Natsu wasn't one to just give up and leave his family behind.
"WILL EVERYONE JUST CALM DOWN!" Wendy yelled even louder than before.
"Are you accusing me, the woman who took care of that child, of being evil. I helped kill the only family I had left. I gave up everything just to save you pitiful humans and I'm the evil one." Yantra said ready to attack. She swung her hand and smacked Lucy across the face.
"WHAT DID YOU JUST DO?!" a familiar voice yelled out.
"Who's there?" Yantra asked.
"I'll tell you what I told him. Lay a hand on my friends again and you'll have your wings clipped." the voice rang out.
"Ah I see. So you are here just not physically." Yantra said. An opaque figure stood in-front of Yantra.
"You know I am much stronger then I was when I was little. And you know I'm not one to break my promises." it said. The figure started to gain some color. The figure had only a pair of shorts on. Black with white swirls.
"And what if I don't listen to you. After all I am your mother." Yantra said smugly.
"You are not my mother. You were more worried that there wasn't a corps instead of my life. Draco is closer family than you." the figure said as it finally cleared up. Lumine was standing right infront of them but something was off. He younger. He was Wendy's height. His hair was short, and he didn't have any scars. He was shirtless and shoeless. He turned around showing his face. He had two bright green eyes.
"Let's go." he said as he started walking away. Erza followed not asking any questions. Wendy and Lucy followed giving each other a a confused look. They all walked to the field where the battle took place.
"Why are we here?" Wendy asked.
"Because she is hiding something. But also I need to fight Yenrer." Lumine said super happy.
"What?! Fight Yenrer?!" Lucy half asked half yelled.
"YENRER COME HERE YOU SON OF A BITCH!" Lumine yelled as loud as he could. Within the blink of an eye Yenrer was standing in front of the three of them.
"What do you want? Rub in the fact that you won?" Yenrer asked sarcastically.
"Nope I wanna fight. And Yantra is doing her evil creepy thing again." Lumine answered.
"You can just have my magic. Yantra on the other hand, she always does this whenever she attacked me. Well this time it was justified." Yenrer said holding a small orb out.
"Thank you. Umm question. Do you know where my body is?" Lumine asked keeping a straight face.
"No. Did you ask Yantra?" Yenrer responded.
"No cause she is doing her weird mean thing and probably won't tell me. I also maybe kind of threatened to kill her." Lumine said with a laugh.
"Pfft. Just like you always been. Refusing to do what you were told and doing it your own way. True way of our magic." Yenrer laughed.
"Well thanks anyway even if you can't help us look." Lumine said with a wave. Yenrer disappeared and the four walked back through the city looking. They returned to the arena.
"YANTRA!!!!" Lumine yelled as he ran up.
"What do you want?" she asked coldly.
"Where is my body?" Lumine asked smiling.
"How would I know?" she spat.
"I know you took it. You wouldn't have reacted like that if you didn't." Lumine said bouncing on the balls of his feet.
"And what if I did?" Yantra asked coldly again.
"I need it. Not to just use magic but to live." Lumine said smiling.
"And that doesn't effect me." she said.
"But it affects me. No one wants to die. Just give me it." Lumine said smiling.
"No. You a rude little child." Yantra said simply.
"I'm not a child I'm 400 years old. And physically I'm 18." Lumine said.
"And your still a child in my eyes. And well right now." Yantra said brightening up.
"Please I need it. I want to talk to my friends without them having to see this." Lumine said.
"Fine. I guess you've been a good boy. It's where it's always been just hidden." Yantra said ruffling Lumines hair.
"THANK YOU!" Lumine yelled as he ran off back to the guild. Once back he could hear arguing from the building. He quickly ran inside and hoped up to the table and sat the orb Yenrer gave him on his chest. A second later he was upright and back to normal. He jumped off the table and ran up the stairs two steps at a time. He decided to play a trick on everyone. He used transformation magic and became the little him. He walked up to the group arguing. Sting yelling at Natsu and Rogue through the door.
"Excuse me." he asked knowing they wouldn't recognize him.
"I'm sorry but your not supposed to be here." Rogue said not giving him a second look.
"Not even if I am the one he wants to see?" Lumine asked childishly trying to hold back his laughter.
"LET ME OUT OF HERE!" Sting yelled.
"CALM DOWN!" Rogue yelled back.
"No kid. Now get lost." Natsu said.
"Not even-" Lumine couldn't help it he broke down laughing and transformed back to normal "Pfft you guys can't tell it's me?" Lumine couldn't stop laughing as Natsu and Rogue just looked at him.
"WHY YOU LITTLE-" Natsu began but Erza hurried up the stairs to them.
"Have you guys seen him?" She asked totally ignoring the person, who she was looking for, on the ground laughing.
"Umm no?" Rogue asked and said at the same time.
"WHERE IS HE?" Erza yelled before rushing down stairs.
"WHY ARE YOU LIKE THIS?" Natsu asked angrily.
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry. But it was to good of a moment to pass up." Lumine said finally calmed down.
"LET ME OUT OF HERE!" Sting yelled again.
"NO CAN DO! WE HAVE ORDERS NOT TO LET ANYONE IN OR OUT!" Rogue yelled back giving Lumine a little wink. Lumine already knew what Rogue wanted to do, he wanted to prank Sting. Lumine ran downstairs and tapped Erzas shoulder.
"Not right now I'm busy." she said not turning to look who it was.
"Fine just wanted to help you." Lumine said before whistling a small little tune.
"OH MY GOD I HATE YOU!" Erza yelled as he slowly turned around.
"Do you really?" Lumine asked with a smile jumping back so Erza doesn't strangle him.
"YOU WERE FINE AND YOU DIDNT COME TELL ME?!" she asked angrily.
"Nope." Lumine said with a smile.
"WHY?" she asked.
"First person I wanted to know was Sting but." Lumine said jokingly.
"Who knows?" Erza asked coldly.
"Just you, Natsu, and Rogue." Lumine said.
"And why do you want Sting to know so badly?" Erza asked.
"Because. I mostly want to mess with him." Lumine said.
"How?" Erza asked bluntly.
"Make him think he just imagined me in a coma, pretend I actually died, both of those would require everyone's help. Do what did with Natsu and Rogue." Lumine half said to himself.
"We could fool him into thinking you actually died with only a few peoples help. But everyone including Sting might be mad at you." Erza suggested.
"Fine by me. Rather have them mad at me than think I'm never coming back." Lumine said with a shrug.
"Ok we need you to be someone else. Little you. And let Natsu andRogue in on it." Erza said. Right away Lumine transformed and ran up the stairs to tell them the plan. Erza gathered everyone.
"EHEM! IM AFRAID I HAVE SOME TERRIBLE TERRIBLE NEWS! LUMINE IS DEAD!" Erza yelled to everyone. "BUT WE SHOULD NOT FORGET HIM, WE WILL LIVE ON FOR HIM! WE WILL HOLD SERVICES BACK AT HIS HOME! HIS LAST WORDS TO ME WERE 'TAKE ME TO THE DRAGONS VILLAGE.' I ASKED YANTRA, HIS MOTHER, WHERE IT WAS! IT IS A SMALL ISLAND JUST OUTSIDE OF FIORE! THAT IS WHERE HE WILL BE BURIED AND SERVICES WILL BE HELD! ONE WEEK FROM TOMORROW! PLEASE BE THERE! FOR HIS AND OURS!" Erza finished. She then walked away. Presumably to go and prepare for the funeral. Everyone was shocked and in tears. Erza, Natsu and Rogue were gone. Everyone thought it was to prepare for the funeral. Sting isolated himself until the funeral.
At the funeral everyone was there. It was held on resting tooth mountain. Services were held and everyone watched as he was finally sent off one last time. Some of the villagers came to honor him. He wanted to be buried at Dragons village because it was where he was born. Yantra frequented the village and the chief asked her to protect it. She taught Lumine the magic she used as he would always ask her about it. One day a storm hit destroying the village. Lumine was one of the survivors he was sent to the main land to keep him safe. Years passed and he became a legend. In the village he was know as the storm child. He kept the villagers from death. A small green eyed child came to pay respects. The child was a direct descendant from his parents. He was to be the new chief. After the funeral Sting and Erza spent a few days at the village.
"Thank you for allowing us to stay." Sting said quietly.
"You two were family to him so your our family as well." the chief said. He had a long white beard but a full head of black hair. His wife's hair was completely black accept for a single strip of white in her hair.
"If you don't mind may we ask for your names?" the wife asked.
"I'm Erza Scarlet, an S-class mage at FairyTail." Erza answered.
"Sting Eucliffe, the guild master of Sabertooth." Sting said. The green eyed child had a single completely white eye Sting just noticed.
"Excuse me." he said as he stood up and stepped outside. "No he's dead. That can't be him. Unless it's a reincarnation. No there is no magic that can do that." he said to himself as he walked around the outside of the village. He could tell a storm was coming and had to stay one more night. He returned to the building he an Erza were staying in. Erza came in shortly after with an umbrella.
"Is it raining?" Sting asked as she entered.
"Yeah. Pretty hard to." she answered.
"Well looks like we're staying one more night." Sting said as he leaned back in his chair.
"Maybe two. The chief said it hadn't rained this hard since Lumine saved the village." Erza said closing a window.
"Maybe someone is causing it. He did say Lumine saved the village from total destruction." Sting said with a shrug.
"But why attack now? And here of all places?" Erza asked.
"Maybe the islanders know something we don't? Treasure? Dark magic?" Sting suggested.
"But then we would have to go and find whoever is doing it." Erza said.
"By the sound of it it seems like we can't even see two feet in front of us." Sting said yawning.
"Fine we wait until the rain lets up enough to see then go look." she said as someone ran in.
"Please help us. Someone took the chief and his wife hostage." said the little green eyed boy.
"What? How?" Erza asked sprinting out the door.
"Good job." Sting said laughing.
"Part of our plan isn't it mess with everyone includes Erza." the little boy said as Sting ran after her. The little boy followed them. They reached the chiefs home.
"UNHAND HIM YOU FIEND!" Erza yelled over the thunder. A dark human like figure was on the roof.
"Like I'd do that. This island hold secrets. And I'm going to find them." The figure said.
"GIVE ME BACK MY PARENTS YOU JERK!" the little boy yelled.
"They know what I want. So not until I get what I want." The figure said pointing to Erza.
"AND WHATS THAT!" Erza yelled.
"Like I'd tell you." The figure said snapping as a bolt of lightning headed straight for Erza. She jumped out of the way as the child ran off.
"I'll go get the villagers to safety." Sting said as he ran after the boy. Erza threw a spear at the figure but missed.
"You still haven't learned of this magic?" The figure asked scoffing as the rain changed direction.
"Who are you?" Erza asked readying to attack again.
"Someone. From somewhere. It won't matter once I find what I want." The figure said as the wind whipped faster. Erza threw another spear. The figure caught the spear and shoved it into the roof.
"Give up. You can't hit what you can't see." The figure said as Sting ran up.
"All sage only two left are the chief and his wife." Sting said as the figure disappeared. Erza was face first in the mud.
"Pfft. See I can attack any time I want and you won't know." a voice rang out laughing. The storm cleared a little to make out the outline of the trees but still pouring hard enough to blur vision. Erza stood up as something came flying at her. She caught it.
"Who are you? What are you after?" she asked with enough rage to get Sting standing up straight in a military fashion. Another projectile.
"A nobody from nowhere. With no particular goal for the future." the voice rang out as a third projectile flew past them.
"You obviously have a goal if you are here with hostages." Erza said.
"Pfft Ha! Is that who you really think I am? I would never." the voice rang out laughing totally ignoring what Erza said. The shadows around them warped into one central point as the figure stood several feet in front of the two.
"I'm sorry but it's up. I can't do it anymore." they said laughing. Sting started to breakdown laughing.
"Why are you laughing?" Erza asked him.
"How can you not see through this illusion. I know visual magic has a weakened effect on you." they said still laughing. The rain cleared up instantly as the chief and his wife walked out of the house.
"I AM GOING TO FUCKING KILL YOU!" Erza yelled.
"How can you kill what's already dead?" Lumine said finally done laughing. The small green eyed child ran up to him.
"Now what are you going to do about the rest of the guild?" he asked as a cloud wrapped its way around him.
"The gig is up I guess. Still I don't know how she didn't see through it." Lumine said snapping his fingers. The entire village changed. It turned to ruins. All accept the home to the chief and his wife. Everyone came up behind Erza as she kept a furious glare on Lumine.
"There is a story here. But I also just wanted to prank you. Thank you Batra. Thank you Rusth." Lumine said bowing to the two of them.
"Yes the village still lives on this island. And the storm child is a real story." Rusth said in her soft delicate voice.
"The village lives on the other side of the mountain. We are the two last original inhabitants of the island. Storm child is one of the three Gods here." Batra said as Lumine smiled.
"I am not storm child, but I am the dragon child. The third one is the child of secrets." Lumine said.
"These three are said to protect the island in its time of need. Storm child controls the storms on and around the island. Dragon child has the power of our guardians. The child of secrets protect our identity from outsiders. The three are said to be stronger than any god or demon." Batra said.
"To be fair you could say we are both god and demon in human form. That's besides the point. That green eyed boy was me before gaining my power. The other two have disappeared. Or I was told. I just can't leave the island until I see them again. I'm going to the dragon god temple. Maybe I could find answers or clues." Lumine said looking at the mountain top.
"You mustn't . You know it's forbidden." Rusth said in shock.
"Rusth. Mama. I'm the dragon child, son of the dragon god, I know where to find it. And if she gets mad at me oh well I'm her son." Lumine said walking towards the mountain.
"What what are you talking about?" Sting asked stepping in Lumines way.
"Rusth and Batra are the two reincarnations of my mother and father. The dragon god is my actual magic but she has yet to teach me anything beyond her first secret art. Yantra and Yenrer are disciples of her, that's how I know their magic." Lumine said.
"Take me with you." Sting said.
"No mortal is allowed to step foot on the grounds. If one does they lose all their magic including the ability to use it." Lumine explained.
"Then at least promise me you'll come back. Dragon slayer promise." Sting said looking Lumine in the eye.
"I promise on the magic that binds my body together I will return in one piece." Lumine said looking Sting dead in the eye.
"I promise on the magic that bonds me together I will never forget you if you do not return and never forget the time spent with you." Sting said.
"It is done. These two shall never forget this promise that's been set in motion. I will allow the Light dragon slayer to step on the holy ground. But if it's a fight you seek neither one will return." a voice rumbled as the ground shook.
"To the mountain top we go. No more no less. Two people, four feet. Only our magic can help us now. Kumo Giichi, dragon god, we only need answers not conflict." Lumine said as he started walking to the mountain.
"Guess I go to." Sting said following Lumine. They disappeared into the forest.
"Careful Sting. The forest changes with everyone that enters it. It's never the same and it'll try to trick you. Let me see your hand." Lumine said right after entering. Sting gave his hand to Lumine. Lumine bit it just above the thumb drawing blood.
"Ow! What was that for?" Sting asked as he recoiled in pain.
"Bite mine. It's so if we get separated we can tell who is who. Don't let it heal and close." Lumine said as he held out his hand. Sting reluctantly bit Lumines hand in the same place drawing blood.
"What are you talking about? We should be the only people in the forest." Sting said as they continued.
"The village calls this the forest of the god. It changes and makes things. It'll make what you love the most and make it deadly. It will continue until it kills you." Lumine said looking at Sting.
"What are you doing?" Sting asked getting slightly uncomfortable.
"Answer this question. Where was it that we first met?" Lumine asked with a blank stare.
"You don't remember?" Sting asked.
"STING WHEREVER YOU ARE DONT MOVE OR SAY ANYTHING!" a voice yelled. Sting did as was told and froze.
"What's wrong Sting?" Lumine asked worried.
"FOUND YOU!" the voice yelled from behind him. A hand was on his shoulder. Sting wanted to look but knew he couldn't, at least not until he is told it's safe. The next thing he knew their were two Lumines fighting.
"STING HELP ME!" one of them yelled.
"STAY OUT OF THIS!" the other one yelled. The fight was at a clear stalemate.
'Only the real one would know where I'm ticklish at.' Sting thought to himself. Taking the moment to his advantage he quickly punched both of them, paralyzing them for the moment. The two dropped at the same time.
"STING WHAT THE FUCK?" one of them yelled. The other just stayed quiet.
"Now I know the both of you are at a stalemate I devised a plan. Both of you will answer a simple question. Where am I ticklish? But whisper it to me." Sting said pushing the two apart. He first went to the one to the left.
"Answer please." Sting said kneeling.
"Feet." the Lumine whispered. Sting got up and walked to the other one.
"Answer." He said.
"Trick question." The Lumine said. Sting got up and removed the stigma from the Lumine to the right. The two continued on in the forest.
"How did you know it was me. I know your ticklish just not where." Lumine said as they reached the foot of the mountain.
"Because the other answered feet. I never told you I was ticklish there." Sting said.
"I'm surprised that you didn't know when you punched us. I know to stay quiet when you do that." Lumine said looking up.
"Honestly I wasn't paying attention." Sting said.
"Long climb. And we are most definitely going to get separated. Like the forest the mountain will create things meant to kill you. Do you mind if I do something. It'll only sting just a little?" Lumine said turning to Sting.
"What bite me again?" Sting asked hiding his hand.
"No but it does require me to pull blood. It's to ensure safety." Lumine said.
"Fine What is it?" Sting asked.
"All I need is you to cut a small slit on your arm. I'll do the same." Lumine said as a knife appeared in his hand.
"What if I don't?" Sting asked.
"You will surely die." Lumine said with a straight face. As he cut a small line on the back of his arm. He held the knife out for Sting to take it.
"Why do we need to do this?" Sting asked.
"So neither of us die. Did you forget our promise?" Lumine asked narrowing his eyes.
"What? No!" Sting responded.
"What was it then?" Lumine asked still holding the knife.
"To return to the guild and our friends." Sting said with a straight face.
"You aren't him." Lumine said walking off.
"What? Yes I am! Just not the one you know." Sting said. Lumine turned around and pointed.
"Never try to trick me again. This is the prince you're talking to. Now stop pretending to be him or die." Lumine said in a deep unnatural voice, almost dragon like. A cloud appeared around Sting and a small orange rabbit like creature hopped out.
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I didn't know it was you prince. If there is anything I can do to help please tell me. I don't want to be on yours or his bad side." the creature squeaked.
"Actually yes. Bring the person you were impersonating here and tell everyone else to stop this charade. I know you work for big sister. Tell the mountain dwellers to not impersonate us either." Lumine said as he shot a glance the the sky.
"Yes yes. Right away. THE PRINCE HAS RETURNED AND BROUGHT NEWS!" the rabbit ran off yelling. Five minutes later Sting arrived being escorted by a purple rabbit.
"Is it true? Has he returned? Is this the one he wants?" the rabbit asked hopping up to Lumine.
"Yes it's true I'm back, and yes that's who I want. Now secret. Did you tell the mountain ones to not bug us?" Lumine said.
"He is! He is! Yes! Yes I did! Please allow me to accompany you little brother?" the rabbit said in glee.
"I know you don't want an outsider to see your real self so I won't ask you to but please something more human would be preferable. Not a changerabbit." Lumine said.
"Of course," Secret said before changing into a villager "is this acceptable?"
"Yes. Thank you. Shall we start going? And thanks for letting me know your safe." Lumine said as he hugged her.
"I'm sorry but you were surrounded by outsiders. I can't just hop up to you and say hi." she said as she started up the mountain.
"Wait, Wait, wait. You two are related?" Sting asked in shock.
"Of course. Big sister secret isn't the child of secrets but his emissary. That still makes her as strong as the  changerabbts. And they are strong. Is he still sleeping?" Lumine said starting up after Secret. Sting continued after them still confused about the whole thing. They worked their way up the mountain and reached the peak with no incidents.
"So your here? The prince and his sister." a voice rumbled louder than before.
"Yes. And you left someone out." Lumine said helping Sting up onto solid ground.
"Don't forget the princes knight." Secret chimed in.
"One I'm not a knight, two when did Lumine become a prince?" Sting asked still confused.
"And the knight. Just like in the past. And yet not a single thing has changed. Two timeless children and one taken by them." the voice rumbled.
"Can you just open up? We kind of need to ask you something very important." Lumine asked.
"What's the rush baps?" Secret asked.
"One step under a dragon pact one step above a magic promise." Lumine whispered to Secret.
"Oh! Ok." She said.
"What do you need? You can just ask me from where you are." the voice rumbled.
"You don't want to have a face to face conversation? You don't miss me?" Lumine asked jokingly being sad.
"No. I have no use for those who betray their people." the voice boomed angrily.
"HEY THATS RUDE!" Secret yelled.
"I didn't betray them they betrayed me. You set that storm on the island. Storm saved them. And I saved the people. But when you killed my biological parents I was blamed. You may be called the dragon god but even gods can die." Lumine said walking forward. The temple was invisible unless it wanted you to know where it was. Lumine and Secret see it because they both have powers linking them to it. Sting was looking on with no clue on what to do.
"I? Kill them? I haven't left this place in thousands of years!" the voice laughed.
"We obviously aren't going to get information here Lumine." Sting said.
"You just gotta know what your doing." Lumine said before a loud crash was heard. A person appeared. She had long silver-blue hair, her eyes were the same color. She wore a light green dress with a deep red trim. She walked right over to Lumine and slapped him.
"YOU CHILD! Stop trying to be forgiven for the past. And stop the threats!" she yelled.
"I'm not trying to be forgiven I'm trying to be accepted. And your the one who raised me. Now mama Kumo. Do you know where Storm or Secret are?" Lumine asked with a smile.
"How should I know? I'm not the one that keeps tabs on everyone on this island. I only keep track of the guards. And you," she said pointing to Sting "Protect this boy. He may not show it but he is a prince. You don't need it but you do need it, child Lumine." Kumo said.
"Don't and do need what. Love? Have that. Friends? Have them. Something to protect? Done. What do I need?" Lumine asked.
"Protection. Honestly you are stupid." Kumo said rubbing her head.
"Well I'm sorry. I only lived with people for like three months. Give me a break will you." Lumine said as he turned around.
"Wait. Three months? It's been longer than that hasn't it?" Kumo asked.
"Nope. Three months." Lumine said.
"And another thing. You said you have love. Who did you brainwash?" Kumo asked.
"I resent that." Lumine said glaring at Kumo.
"He didn't brainwash me. He has no reason to." Sting said with a little bite in his voice.
"WAIT! ITS YOU, THE KNIGHT?!" Kumo yelled laughing.
"I don't see what's wrong here. Knights are traditionally male." Secret said with a blank face.
"There is nothing wrong with it sis. Mama Kumo is just a weirdo." Lumine said as he gave Sting a hug.
"After all that's why we made a dragon promise." Sting said returning the hug.
"Let's get one thing straight. The child of a god will stop its blood line? Why do you do this to me?" Kumo asked still laughing.
"I'm not ending the bloodline. You know I can pass my magic to other people. Balance magic." Lumine said smiling. Kumo finally finished laughing.
"Not a gods magic." Kumo said.
"If it's dragon magic I can transfer it to another person. Besides I'm a timeless child." Lumine said.
"You can still be killed." Kumo said.
"Only if they know the right magic." Lumine responded.
"Just go look for the other two. I told you I don't know so." Kumo said as she disappeared.
"Well she was mean." Secret said as she started to walk away.
"Nope that was her being nice. Her being mean she would of taken all of our heads off." Lumine said as he sat it the edge.
"Bubs lets go. It's getting late." Sting said as he looked at the setting sun.
"But I just want to watch the sun set. I never get to at home." Lumine said just watching it.
"Baps your friends will be worried. And the changerabbits don't sleep. What if they come looking for you?" Secret asked. Lumine got up hugged Sting and did something no one was expecting.
He walked over to a clear area and transformed. Not into another person, into a dragon. The left side of his face and neck were covered in perfect white scales, the right perfect black scales. His body was a mix of colors, the most prominent colors were red, yellow, and blue. His tail was a natural grey color, and his wings were a perfect sky blue.
"Baps, showing your power infront of an outsider?" Secret asked concerned.
"Only way to get them out." Lumine said as he transformed back. Something was different he didn't have his usual black and white outfit on. He had a shirt that looked like his scales and natural gray shorts. Only difference with himself was the arms. He had a blue wing tattoo going from the center of his back to his wrist on each arm.
"But with an outsider standing right here? I need to wipe his memory." Secret said in a hurried concerned voice.
"He's not an outsider. He has my blessing. The dragon prince, my rule is absolute on this island." Lumine said shooting a glare at Secret.
"Y-Yes. But I'm not taking the blame if little brother gets mad." Secret said.
"You know he can't put a scratch on me. Not when I'm in The Prince form. Even Acnologia wasn't strong enough to hurt me." Lumine said as he turned to face Secret. His face had two marks just under the eyes.
"I'm sorry but I have to leave. Before they arrive. I don't want to get hurt." Secret said before running off down the mountain.
"I'm sorry Sting. There are many things about me I need to keep a secret. This was one of them." Lumine said as he held out a hand.
"Who are you?" Sting asked hesitantly.
"I'm the same old Lumine. Just with the power of this island." Lumine said.
"How do I know I can trust you?" Sting asked refusing to look directly at Lumine.
"Because I know you aren't talking to me. Storm child is right behind me." Lumine said spinning on one foot to face the storm child.
"Why hello there, Brother." he said with a smirk.
"You were planning a blind spot attack. You tried to keep Sting talking to me so I wouldn't notice. Well next time don't come in with such a rough landing." Lumine said.
"Aww your no fun. I know I can beat you. I just need more practice." he pouted.
"You'll beat me when your the same age as me." Lumine said laughing to himself.
"And how long will that be? The next thousand years?" he snapped.
"I just wanted to know you were safe." Lumine said as he shot a glance behind him.
"You know how stupid you are? Revealing this infront of an outsider. Even if he has your blessing he shouldn't know this. No human should." he said angrily.
"Where is the other one? Still sleeping?" Lumine asked ignoring Storms angry words.
"I don't know. How should I know where the person who keeps everyone's secrets secret spot is?" he asked angrily.
"Because you lived here for thousands of years. I only recently lived here for like seven years before being sent four hundred years into the future and returning three days ago. So I'm sorry if I don't know where he is." Lumine said as he sat down.
"You need to be nicer. After all I'm your older brother." he said.
"Only in age. Magic wise mine is older. Now stop being mean." Lumine said.
"I'm sure he'll show up. And you'll have to pay. Not my fault when your being reincarnated." He said before walking off and down the mountain. Lumine sat there in silence for a few minutes before asking Sting.
"Why aren't you scared or happy to know this?" Lumine asked as he got up.
"I guess it's because I know it's you, but it's also not you. Its a different magic in a person I know." Sting said as he approached Lumine.
"It's a type of magic that remains undetectable until in use. I have several like it but this one is the least likely to harm someone unless needed." Lumine said as he looked at the moon.
"So can you tell me about this Child of Secrets?" Sting asked.
"Well no one really knows anything about him. People believe he doesn't even know that he is the child. But it's not the person I'm looking for it's the magic. Secrets magic is always in use but undetectable. Just like this temple. Always here but never here. He hides the island from people who don't meet his requirements to be here. And if they don't meet his requirements but still make it here he himself will kick them off. And if I'm being honest this me shouldn't be here." Lumine said as he transformed back to his normal self.
"So why hasn't he come for you?" Sting asked.
"Because he knows my darkest secret. One that I buried long ago." Lumine said with a sigh.
"I won't force you to tell me. But just remember I'm always here for you." Sting said giving Lumine a hug.
"Let's go home. I know he's safe. Thank you Secret." Lumine said as he started towards the edge.
"Wait, child." Kumo said walking out of the temple.
What is it?" Lumine asked not facing her.
"I have a gift for you, and 'your knight'. It may not seem like much but it is to me. I give you my blessing to marry each other. Something I wasn't able to do before death reaped the one I loved. And please promise me if you two do marry let it be on this island." Kumo said walking over to the two.
"For once you actually accepted me for me. It was either one or the other all seven years on this island. Never me." Lumine said.
"Well I guess you two brought something out of me that I haven't seen in years. Please live long enough for me to see the day you two do marry." Kumo said. A tear slipped down Lumines face. He turned around and ran to give Kumo a hug. After the hug Lumine walked over to Sting.
"Wanna see something?" he asked wiping tears off his face.
"Yes." Sting said with a smile. Lumine returned the smile. Something snakes down his arms as a pair of translucent wings appeared on his back.
"You trust me enough to let me carry you back to Fiore right?" Lumine asked taking Stings hands.
"What reason do I have not to trust you?" Sting asked with a smile. Lumine took his hand and took off.
After a few hours of flying Lumine spotted an island.
"Bubs we gotta land. Rest a little then continue on once I have the energy." Lumine said.
"Ok." Sting said . The two landed on the cost out of sight. They continued on into the costal town.
"Hello. I'm sorry to bother you but may I ask where are we and if we can find an inn around here?" Lumine asked politely.
"Yes ma'am. This is Torcota, a fishing town, and there is an inn just at the end of the Main Street next to town hall." the lady answered.
"Thank you." Lumine said as he walked off with Sting in tow. They made it to the inn.
"Hello. Welcome to my inn." the attendant said.
"Hello. How much for a room for one or two nights?" Lumine asked.
"One night is 15000 jewls, two nights is 30000 jewls." the attendant said.
"Sting how long will we be staying?" Lumine asked over his shoulder.
"You need your rest and the guilds are probably going to be mad so I say two nights." Sting answered.
"Two nights it is." Lumine said turning back to the attendant.
"30000 jewls." he said. Lumine handed him the money and grabbed the room key. He and Sting went to the room and Lumine fell asleep right away. Sting had a bad feeling about the town but fell asleep with Lumine as it was late. The next morning Lumine was up and stretching as Sting woke up.
"Your up early." Sting said with a yawn.
"And what about it?" Lumine asked as he sat on the bed.
"I'm just use to me waking you up." Sting said sitting upright. Lumine gave him a hug and the two walked out into the town. Once in town they were greeted by someone.
"Hello, I'm Aria. Are you two new here?" She asked right away.
"We are just stopping by on our way back from a family emergency." Lumine responded.
"Well hope you enjoy your stay. Just remember this rule both of you. No man is allowed to use magic." Aria said with a smile.
"We'll keep that in mind." Sting said forcing a smile. He walked away with Lumine and the two went into a store.
"She was a little creepy." Lumine said right away.
"You don't have to say that again. She gave me a death glare when she talked about magic." Sting said.
"She is the person that welcomed us yesterday if I'm correct. I think she thinks I'm a girl. Yesterday whoever welcomed us called me ma'am." Lumine said. The two browsed a little bit before leaving. They ran into a man in the streets accidentally.
"Oh, I'm sorry that was an accident. I wasn't looking where I was going." Lumine said.
"It's ok. It's my fault." the man said.
"Enjoy you day." Lumine said.
"You to ma'am." the man said as Lumine and Sting walked off.
"What's with them thinking your a girl?" Sting asked.
"Beats me. Maybe the hair." Lumine answered giving Sting a kiss. The two walked around the city before heading back to the inn. Lumine took off the jacket he had on.
"Where did you get the jacket?" Sting asked.
"Oh this. It's something I made. And no I didn't use maker magic." Lumine said.
"You can sew?" Sting asked.
"Yes. I had to learn how to. After all I did live in a village without the stuff he have today. And I prefer handmade cloths. They don't have that scratchy feeling." Lumine said.
"I never knew that." Sting said sitting down.
"Yep and a lot of my clothing are embedded with some form of magic. Mostly enchanting but some do have effects on elements. Like this one. It's enchanted with defense attack boost." Lumine said.
"Guess your so full of surprises." Sting said.
"I guess so. How short do you think I should cut my hair?" Lumine asked as he turned to the bathroom.
"Why are you cutting it? It looks good on you." Sting asked.
"Because it's getting to long. Shoulder length?" Lumine answered half talking to his reflection.
"I don't care how short or long it is, just as long as I can braid it." Sting answered with a smile.
"I'll cut it when we get home." Lumine said talking to himself. He walked out with his hair down. Lumine let out a sigh as he laid down on the bed.
"What's wrong?" Sting asked.
"I get a bad vibe from some of these people." Lumine said.
"Well just remember we're leaving tomorrow." Sting said.
"I know. I just feel like someone is planning something. And ever since we got here I can't feel your magic. Something has to be happening." Lumine said sitting up.
"It's not our business. Let's just rest up and start heading out tomorrow." Sting said.
"Your Right. But if something happens we have to help." Lumine said laying down again.
"Alright alright. Just because your cute." Sting said with a smile kissing Lumine. The two fell asleep. Three hours after they fell asleep a frantic knock was at the door.
"Please you have to help us. You a wizard right?" a man asked. Lumine shot up as soon as he heard the knock. He got out of bed and went to the door.
"What's going on?" he asked.
"Someone's attacking us." the man said.
"I need details. Who is it and what type of magic do they use?" Lumine asked running inside to get Sting.
"Their known as the Ignis tribe they use fire based magic. Everyone woman is out there right now helping." the man said.
"Don't worry sir. Stay with Sting I'll go see what I can do." Lumine said as he ran down the hall putting on his jacket. Lumine ran out into the streets and first thing he did was use a magic that would be helpful, water dragon slayer magic. He headed to the center of town where everyone was held at.
"Head to the inn by the town hall! It's safer there!" Lumine yelled. He headed to where the fighting was. Once there he saw the town was outnumbered, three to one. He headed straight into the battle.
"Who are you?" one of the lady's asked as he ran up.
"I'm here to help that's all you need to know right now." Lumine answered kicking someone.
"It's good to know we have help and a magic strong against fire." the lady said. Lumine ran off deeper into the fighting. The fire got stronger and stronger the deeper he went. Eventually it opened up to a clearing with two people fighting. The lady that greeted him and Sting, and the leader of the Ignis tribe. Lumine knew the leader all to well.
"Volca! How are you still alive?!" Lumine yelled in anger. At that moment Volca took down the person he was fighting.
"This land is now ours. So if you would so kindly get off of it." Volca said to the lady.
"VOLCA I KNOW YOU CAN HEAR ME!" Lumine yelled even louder.
"Ah I'm sorry. I was just telling these people that they are now trespassing." Volca said turning to Lumine. She had long fire orange hair. Her eyes were a deep red.
"You the one trespassing. Now get out of here." Lumine said approaching her.
"And if I don't?" She asked.
"Volcara would be so proud of your behavior to me but not to these innocent people. I gave you an order. Leave." Lumine said.
"HA! Like I'd do that. You may hold the title of dragon prince but you are far to weak to live up to it. That's why I'll be taking it." Volca said smirking.
"Mimicry: The Knight." Lumine said without an explanation.
"Hiding yourself are you? How pathetic." Volca laughed. Lumine gave her one swift punch to the jaw knocking her down.
"Is that pathetic or do I need to let that one take over. Remember the prince isn't one to let innocent people be hurt. And that one isn't one to let people like you push them around. I'm the mix of them." Lumine said now wearing a red scale pattern shirt and blue scale pattern shorts.
"You bitch! I am the great Volca of the volcanos. You really think I'm scared of something like you?" She spat getting up.
"You should. Twin Balance dragons, Yenrer and Yantra, are both witching me. Not including the prince that's two more dragons than you." Lumine said with a smug grin.
"I'll kill you! Eruption roar!" Volca yelled as a blast of fire engulfed Lumine.
"Mimicry: The salamander." Lumine said as the fire disappeared.
"What how?" Volca asked angrily.
"The salamander is one of my allies. Son of the fire dragon king, Igneel, Natsu Dragneel. Fire has no effect on me. And this shirt allows me to use the magic at it's full potential. Combine that with the water dragon magic I'm using. And the water scale short. That's another boost. And last time I checked water beats fire. And combine my balance magic into the mix. That's three magic's used against one. Might as well give in now. And follow the instructions given. All is forgiven if you do this." Lumine said readying to attack.
"HA LIKE ID TAKE ORDERS FROM THE PRINCE WHO ABANDONED HIS PEOPLE!" Volca yelled sprinting at Lumine. Lumine dodged.
"I didn't abandon anyone. We made a plan and kept it secret. So people like you would force your way into it." Lumine said.
"THE FANGS OF THE VOLCANO WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU!" Volca yelled launched herself at Lumine again.
"Combined magic: water dragon lock." Lumine said as a bubble of water formed around Volca. Volca let out a little laugh as the water evaporated.
"You think that'll work on me? I'm a dragon slayer. Fight me with all your power." Volca laughed.
"You really want to fight him don't you?" Lumine asked with a smirk. Volca launched herself at Lumine again.
"Combined magic: elemental quartet." Lumine said as four different versions of him appeared.
"Your Little trick won't work on me! Heat wave!" Volca yelled as she shot forward.
"Rioting stone wall!" One of them yelled before the ground shot up blocking Volcas path. Volca broke through it.
"My turn. Hydro parade!" Another one yelled. Multiple waves were created pushing Bolca back cancelling her heat wave.
"You insolent fool! ERUPTION!" Volca yelled as a wave of lave came from her feet.
"HA! VOLCANIC DUET!" a third one yelled. He and the first one both stood in the lava and hardened it.
"I guess I'm up.  Ballads of the wind." the fourth said before sending several clear undetectable razor edges slashes at Volca. Each one hit her, she wasn't able to get up after that attack.
"You, you bitch!" Volca spat angrily.
"Not my fault you can't see a strategy even if it his you in the face. Like I just did." Lumine said returning to one.
"So He is back. Ha. Watch out." Volca said before passing out.
"I'll watch out. No one can beat the demon dragon god." Lumine said as he started to walk away from Volca.
"YOU! WHO ARE YOU?!" someone yelled from behind him.
"Lumine Tenebris, the dragon slayer, and the undefeated dragon." he said with a smirk.
"I HEARD WHAT SHE CALLED YOU! DRAGON PRINCE! YOU AREN'T A WOMAN ARE YOU?!" the voice yelled.
"You got me. Kowika, leader of this village. You've been so kind to me and Sting I'm allowing you to keep it in one piece." Lumine said.
"Cuffs? You put them on yourself?" the voice asked.
"No these were put on me by the person who tried to kill you. She has no clue the reach of my power. If you must throw me in your prison so be it. But I request that I be given a trial, and a lawyer." Lumine said as three women ran up. They all took him to the prison. The next day the trial was held.
"Will the accused state their name and crime accused of?" the judge said.
"Lumine Tenebris, illegal use of magic." Lumine said without any cracks in his voice.
"Your plea?" the judge asked.
"Guilty." Lumine said smiling. A gasp from everyone in the courtroom could be heard "with an explanation." Lumine has a smug grin on his face. He could tell Sting was anxious.
"And that is?" the judge asked interested.
"I saved this town. In accordance to your law men are not allowed to use magic. But there is nothing in it about in times of dire needs. And I wasn't inside the town. I was in the forest next to the town. So convict me of a crime I didn't commit all you want, it's not going to change the facts. Plus I have a family waiting for me back home, FairyTail, and once they get wind of this, I don't want to think of what might happen." Lumine said laughing every now and then.
"Is that all?" the judge asked.
"Yes." Lumine said. The judge dismissed him and he went to wait for the verdict. Once called back in the judge spent no time telling him the verdict.
"Innocent. There is no law saying men can't use magic in times of dire need and he was outside city limits. Plus the reputation of FairyTail has reached even here. We after all are a part of the Fiore kingdom." the judge said. Lumine was let out of the cuffs and walked out of the court house. He hugged Sting right away.
"Is he part of FairyTail?" someone asked.
"No I'm the guild master for the other guild he's in. And his boyfriend." Sting answered.
"Wait. Two guilds?" they asked.
"Yes. And if you don't mind we must be going." Lumine said leading Sting out of town. Once at the place they landed they took off again.
