Missing Little Brother

Kai was texting Skylor on his phone when the other ninja finally got home. He looked up from his phone and said, "Took you long enough to get home."

"Sorry, we had to deal with some bank robbers." Zane told him, while looking around the living room.

"Where's Jay?" Nya asked when she saw no sign of her beloved blue ninja.

"He was being bad, so I told him to go to his room." Kai answered. "Hasn't made a peep since."

"I'm going to check on him." Nya said, and rushed up the stairs to see if Jay was all right.

When she arrived at his door, she gently knocked, in case he asleep. When she didn't get a response she opened his door and went inside.

"Jay?!?" Nya cried when she saw he wasn't in his room. She rushed downstairs and yelled, "Jay's gone!"

"What?!?" Everyone yelled in unison.

"He's not in his room!" Nya yelled, then turned to Kai and screamed, "Where is he?!?"

"I don't know, he went up to his room hours ago and hasn't come out since!" Kai told her.

"Okay, everybody calm down!" Lloyd told them. Everyone stopped and stared at him and waited for him to continue. "Let's check around the temple so we're absolutely sure that he's missing and not just hiding."

That was all it took for the other ninja to quickly search the entire temple. It wasn't until Cole searched outside that the ninja actually found a clue on what happened to Jay.

Cole was looking around outside in the dark, hoping that Jay was playing outside and that they just didn't hear him when they arrived. When he walked by the shed, he saw tracks around Jay's current small size.

He followed them to the shed and looked around. Then, something very familiar caught his eye. Mr. Cuddlywump laying on the floor.

"No way Jay would leave you behind." Cole said to Mr. Cuddlywump. "Something definitely happened to him."

Cole ran back to the temple to tell the others what he found. After he was done, Nya said, "I bet Clouse took him. That snake."

"But where is Clouse hiding?" Lloyd asked, and no one answered.

"He'd be someplace that none of us know about." Kai said. "And none of us would think to look."

"Perhaps he is hiding in plane site, like Morro was when he got the Realm Crystal." Zane suggested.

"That's not a bad idea, Zane. But where would Clouse hide in plain site? He's a ghost, I think people would notice him." Cole said, then Nya gave a small gasp.

"Or, what if there were no people to see him!" She said excitedly. "I think I know where he is!"

Nya started to run out the door with the others following her. As they ran, Lloyd asked, "Aren't you going to tell us where we're going?"

"No time, we'll just create our dragons and I'll tell you on the way there. And we can also come up with a plan." Nya said, to focused on getting her boyfriend back.

The others sighed and created their dragon, following Nya. They just hoped that wherever Jay was, he wasn't hurt.
