Rantaro sat in his science room, headphones on his head to block out the noise of his fellow classmates yelling. They would shut up. A sigh of annoyance escaped his mouth as he simply rested his head on his desk.
Saying that he was just 'tired' was an understatement.
"Hey, what's your deal?" Kokichi asked, throwing a paper airplane across the room with a loud laugh. "FUCK OFF!" The purple gremlins yelled to another student who sprayed water in his face.
The green haired boy only rolled his eyes at Kokichi's ridiculous behaviour. He didn't understand how absolutely anyone could think that this is okay. Because this definitely NOT okay.
"Can you please just sit down?" Amami asked through grumbles, gasping with a quick duck as someone threw a test tub at the wall, shattering it into little pieces.
What the actual fuck.
Rantaro remained still for a long while, stunned at what he Just witnessed. "Was that a-" "OUMA!"
Both of the boys snapped their attention over to one of their other classmates, Kaito Momota, who was now holding some sort of bolder.
Kokichi stood up and ran over to his friend, tackling him to the ground with a laugh. "OH SHIT!" Kaito cussed, falling backwards and landing right next to Amami.
Everything was happening so fast.
He didn't hear the tare in his jacket before it was too late.
"Guys! Get up this is ridiculous!" Rantaro yelled, pulling both of the guys aside, not even noticing his jacket sliding off.
Kaito's eyes landed on his arm, and he stared at the many long, vertical scars on his fragile skin. Most of them looked new. "..."
Ouma giggled at Kaito's facial expression. "Why do serious all of a sudden space bo-"
Kokichi saw what Momota was looking at. He paused.
Kaito snapped out of his dazed state when he felt a hard push, and Rantaro picked up his jacket, inspecting the large wound due to the bolder.
"..." he didn't say a word as he grabbed all of his things off of his desk. "Wait, Amami-kun."
"Leave me alone." Was all he said as he grabbed hold of his back pack, running out of the science room with tears rolling down his cheeks like an empty faucet.
What just happened?

Rantaro stared down at the floor, he couldn't even look at Kaito in the eyes ever since he laid eyes on his marks.
The many, many marks of pain on his arm.
"Hey... are you okay?" The purple haired boy questioned, staring down at Amami with concern.
"I'm fine."
"𝙃𝙚𝙡𝙥𝙢𝙚"
Kaito placed an arm over his shoulder, just hoping that he would make eye contact. "Are you sure?"
