It was a dark and creepy night, the best time for a date. Even the air was thick with love, it smelled like the perfume of Bella Swine, my role model and idol. I had a small appetite, as usual, and skipped out on dinner, of course leaving as I yelled abuse at my mostly loving parents.
As I ran down the strangely unlit alley in the very large and busy city, I saw my reflection in the puddles of water on the ground. I was pretty, sure, but I didn't care about looks like Tina and Rebecca. I don't want to be fake like them. I had blue eyes, but they were only contacts. I think my parents hate me because they let be born with brown eyes. Ew.
I wore a bit of makeup, just for Marcus. A full face was just decent. I wore my favourite top, it's not pink because I'm a bit of a tom boy. No, it was black to represent the darkness in my soul. It was sleeveless but modest enough not be called a bra. I wore some jeans, although my parents don't call them that because they're so ripped, they're basically holes with jeans. It wasn't my most risqué look, because I wanted to make sure that Marcus just wanted a bit more.
Marcus, oops, I forgot to talk about him. He's handsome, endearing and a bit dangerous, but I always fall for the bad guys. He's basically my world, ever since I met him two days ago. I would risk everything for him. I'd even wear flats to school for him. FLATS. If that's not pure selflessness, I don't know what is.
We planned to meet in an empty car park, we really needed that privacy, he's so romantic. No one will be watching, if you know what I'm saying sister. And he's so hot, and he kind of knows it. I love a man with confidence. He has luscious blonde hair and beautiful blue orbs I could stare into forever. If he left, I would probably try to kill myself, just like Bella Swine. It was soooo romantic how she jumped off that cliff.
I can just imagine myself at the altar with him, now Mrs Eliizabethany Toyota-Xara (that's my middle name, not last) Silver. I would be wearing my dream wedding dress, a white lacy bikini. My soft auburn curls would be streaming down my back. We would be married in the best place possible: Las Vegas, a very special place in Las Vegas.
When I got to the meeting spot, he wasn't there. My god was fashionably late as per usual, although I didn't know what his 'usual' was, but I could just tell. My bestie, Amburr Helevitica Johnson, would be so jealous right now. I was just thinking about what my twin brother, Jaxxon would be up to when I heard a loud voice.
"Bi Kween!" a masculine voice echoed throughout the building, followed by the sound of skin slapping and the sound of motorcycle going away.
That was when I saw Marcus, his extremely muscular arms wrapped by a leather jacket, I bet that it was real. He was in all black, but for some reason there was pink glitter in his hair. He walked up to me coolly.
"Hey hot stuff," I purred at him, wrapping my arms around his thick neck.
He looked in the distance, mysterious. He grabbed my face and softly kissed me on the lips before taking my hand. My dream man.
I shook the glitter out of his mane, intrigued. I wanted to ask him where we were going, but I honestly wanted to be surprised. I don't know if it was just me, but his palms smelled like lavender.
And the place he took me, well, it was breathtaking. A pool with brick walls surrounding it and fairy lights everywhere. There was a big sign at the back spelling out, 'Love.' I let out the breath I didn't know that I was holding.
"Oh-ehm-gee! This is so extra! Now, let's have some fun..." I said, tracing a finger down his well-defined chest sultrily.
"Uhm...maybe not," he said awkwardly, leaning away from me.
I pouted, and stared up into his eyes. I aimed for the cute puppy dog look, but deliberately tugged my shirt down to reveal my cleavage. Only a little though, I wasn't that desperate. He slowly backed away, looking at the exit of the car park as if he was about to bolt. I looked at him incredulously. Even though we hadn't known each other long, when I looked into his eyes, I felt an instant attraction that couldn't be denied. For a second, I wondered if he felt the same thing. Well, of course he did! I had shared one of my deepest secrets with him- that I was - don't tell anyone!- a virgin. Well, that's what I wanted people to think anyway. I don't sleep around like how Tiffany does, I only hook up with random dudes every other day. I'm quite the innocent maiden, if I do say so myself.
He got his midnight blue iPhone X out of the pocket of his tight jeans. I watched his face as he read the screen. So manly. He looked down upon me, smiled.
"I have to go," he said in his dreamy, deep and rich-toned voice.
"Why?" I asked, wishing that he would stay here forever.
"Derique is in trouble, I need to help him," he said, looking in distance as though he was about to fly away just at that moment.
Derique — sounds like a mistake I've already made. I wonder if all the bad boys hang out together. What do they talk about? What do they do?
"So is Nathaniel," he said, looking down his phone.
I know a Nathaniel—maybe he's the same one. He was a good-looking one with gentle, green orbs- others less poetic than I would call them eyes.
"Goodbye dear," he said, caressing my cheek.
And he left, running off into the darkness. What a man, what a dream. I watch as his golden mane basked in the moonlight and rippled off his broad shoulders. I bit onto my plump, pink lip. My passion was so great, it almost bled.
