Paulina's POV

"I can't! I can't do it!" I yelled on the hospital bed as sweat dripped down my face. Oscar was at my side holding my hand.

"Yes mi amor yes you can! You can do it! Do it for our son! Just one more push Hermosa one more that's all you need," He stated kissing my temple, I cried shaking my head.

"On more Paulina that's all we need one more!" My doctor yelled and I cried out in pain giving one more push. I sobbed once I heard the cries of a new born baby fill the room.

"You did it.. Mi amor you did it," Oscar smiled kissing my lips, A nurse handed me my baby as I cried seeing the beautiful life Oscar and I created.

"He's so beautiful," Oscar smiled wiping the tears from his eyes. I cried kissing his cheek.

"Do you want to hold him?" I whispered and he nodded, I gently passed him over to Oscar. He was hesitant at first when the baby started to cry, but quickly after he was cooing at the baby.

"I love you.. I love you so much," Oscar whispered kissing our baby's head.

"He's so beautiful," He stated with the biggest smile on his face, It warmed my heart to see him so happy and so vibrant. Everyone knew Oscar as this dark, always glaring or scolding character but I saw right through the walls he put up.

"I must take him in now so we can get the weight and get him properly prepped," A nurse stated, Oscar crowned handing him over to the nurse.

"A name for the baby?" She asked and I smiled looking at Oscar.

"Lauro Oscar Diaz," I stated and Oscar smiled at me for naming him after his grandfather.

"I love you," He whispered kissing my lips

"Te amo.. Eres mi vida," I stated cupping his cheek, The door opened and I saw Lydia walk in with Carlitos.

"Mama!" He tan jumping on the hospital bed, I smiled hugging him close to me.

"Be careful Carlitos that you don't hurt mommy okay?" Oscar stated reminding Carlitos to be careful.

"Okay papa.. Quando puedo Ver a mi hermanito?" Carlitos asked and I smiled hugging him.

"Muy pronto mi amor vas a ver tu hermanito," I stated kissing his head, He leaned into me wrapping his arm around my waist.

"Carlitos why don't you come get some snack with me so your mommy can rest?" Lydia smiled and Carlitos face lit up.

"Okay abuelita," He stated jumping off of the hospital bed.

"Would you guys like anything?" Lydia asked and we both shook our heads.

"No I think what's best for Paulina right now is to rest," Oscar stated and Lydia nodded taking Carlitos to the cafeteria.

"I can't believe our son is here.. I promise Paulina I will love and protect the three of you. I love you so much," He stated kissing my forehead.

"And I love you," I stated letting my eyes close from the exhaustion.
