We rushed up to Jeff's room as quickly as we could. A thousand questions went through my mind: what happened in the woods? Who were Red and Smile talking about? Did this have a connection to what happened to Masky? Before I had time to think of weather or not I would find out the answers to those questions by asking Jeff, we were at his open door.
Sure enough, everyone was there, cramped into the spacious room that, despite its considerably large size, could barely fit all of our huge family in. Jeff was still in his bed with Smile back in his dog form laying over the covers at his "master's" feet. Jane and Red were sat on the couch (yes, Jeff has a couch in his room, don't ask me why) and Puppet was on his desk's chair, Sally in his lap. The others were all there too, either standing awkwardly or sat down on the floor, leaning on the wall like Helen and Hoodie were. As soon as the others saw us, Hoodie motioned for Jack and I to join him and Helen. Weaving in between people, I got to them and slumped down next to the hooded teen, wincing as I involuntarily smacked my back on the wall too hard. Jack slumped down to my left and took my hand in his, squeezing it gently, receiving a soft squeeze back in response. The edge of my lips curled slightly into a smile as I noticed that Silver went straight to his look-a-like best friend and sat on the edge of the sofa, next to him. At least one of the set of "twins" are still always together. My smile saddened somehow as I thought of the other "twins" that got separated. Oh Masky, please be alright.
I turned to Helen with a warm smile "I'm glad to see you're feeling better, Helen. Are you okay?"
He smiled back at me, "Yeah, I'm better now. Thanks for helping me by the way and...sorry for having put you through my little 'fit'"
I opened my mouth to answer him but before I could I was interrupted by the powerful voice of our father clearing his throat. All the small conversations around the room ceased and all eyes were on the tall being.
"Children, I see we are all here so a very important matter must be taken care of. As I'm sure you are all aware, yesterday Red and Jane went to get Jeff and Smile back from the woods."
Wait...it was yesterday? I swear that was today, Jacky and I can't have taken that long on our little feast, can we? I looked down at the golden antique watch Clockwork had given me as well as my stupid alarm clock. It showed 5:33 am. I shrugged, wow, time sure does fly when you're having fun huh...wait a second...when the hell did I start calling EJ Jacky!?
"It is evident that something happened whilst they were away, considering the fear they showed whe-"
"Of course we were scared who wouldn't have been!?" Jeff butted in, clenching his fists.
"Yes I know Jeff, just let me explain will you?" Slender looked serious as he said this which surprised us because usually he would get angry at the raven haired teen for saying such words in such an aggressive tone. Yet he remained perfectly calm, only adding to the tension around the room.
"As you all know, something happened and it might just be linked to Masky's capture. Now, your brothers and Jane will tell us all they know." Slender turned to Jeff, motioning for him to talk first. He looked around the room, his eyes stopping on me.
"(Y/N), because you're new you might not know about this but...there is another creepypasta that is as strong as Slender. He however, is not on our side. A long time ago, Slender and that...demon were both proxies of the same master, an extremely skilled immortal known as Kiamero. He was the owner of this mansion, although it was much smaller then than it is now.
Kiamero, although immortal, had a limited amount of time to stay in this world. He never told Slender or the other demon why but he just had to leave. And at the time of his departure, he was to choose one of his 'apprentices' to succeed him. When the time came, he chose Slender. And so Slender got the mansion and the power to have proxies of his own.
