For the next few weeks, all either boy could think about was each other. Every chance they could they were stealing kisses. In between classes, in corridors, and sometimes late at night in the Slytherin common room.

And then.

Scorpius walked up to Albus, a giant grin on his face. Albus smiled at him. "Scorp, what's up? Why're you smiling so wide?" Scorpius flopped down on the couch, dramatically sighing. "Rose Granger-Weasley. I asked out Rose Granger-Weasley!" Albus froze. "You... what?" Scorpius smiled, and closed his eyes. Albus frowned. "Scorpius," he was getting impatient. "What did she say?" Scorpius frowned. "Well, she said no, of course. But I think she's melting!" Albus looked baffled, then glared. "What the hell, Scorp? What about US? Am I just nothing to you?" Scorpius pauses. "I... Albus... I didn't know you actually cared about me," he said, baffled. "I thought I was just some side thing for you!" Albus gasped. "Scorpius Hyperion Malfoy. You would NEVER be a side thing for me. I'm sorry I'm not good enough for you!" Albus picked up his books and stormed upstairs in a wild rage.
