Hey guys! I just wanted to put a disclaimer up here, and it goes for the whole frickin story. K?

Disclaimer: I own nothing. Not you, not the characters, not even the plot. only the title. This is just my idea of what would happen if you inserted the reader into the original plot of fullmetal alchemist. All rights go to Arakwa-sensei for creating something so amazing. Oh, and bones, funimation, square enix, anything else i can't remember off the top of my head. Thank you!

Review are love, flames are bad! Arigatou! (did i spell that wrong? -_-)

“Water, 35 litres. Carbon, 20kg. Ammonia, 4 litres. Lime, 1.5kg. Phosphorus, 800g. Salt, 250 g. Niter, 100g. Sulphur, 80g. Fluorine, 7.5g. Iron, 5g. Silicon 3g. And fifteen other elements.” you said. “Okay. Sister, i’ll finally get to see you again.” You pressed your hands against the circle. It began to glow a beautiful brilliant blue, showing that the transmutation was working. You smiled to yourself. Suddenly, black plumes rose from the circle. Something was wrong. You screamed as you felt yourself get pulled away.

You looked around. Everything was white, except for an outline of a figure in front of a big door. “Who are you?” 11 year old you asks. “Me? I am Truth. You dare to trespass in my domain?” You saw black handlike things coming out of the gate. A big eye opened in the center. The hands grabbed you and pulled you in. Images, memories and moments were all pushed into your head at once. “Stop! It hurts! Make it stop!” you screamed. But past the pain, you realized something. You were almost there... Then, you were back in the white place. “My formula.. to bring her back.. it wasn’t wrong! Just incomplete! Let me back! Let me find the missing ingredient!” you insist. “Tsk, tsk. I’m afraid that’s all you can see for the toll you paid.” the outline said. “Toll?” you ask. Suddenly, the outline had an arm and a leg. Not just any arm and leg.. your arm and leg. “Huh?!” you exclaimed. Your body was filled with an unexplainable pain. You looked down and saw your arm and leg disintegrating. You let out shrill screams of pain. (E/C) orbs flashed in pure agony. You looked toward the figure you had created. “Sister, help!” The figure reached out for you, the slumped in a pool of blood. You screamed. “No!!” The last thing you heard was a voice screaming in fright.

You woke up on a hospital bed, looking forlornly at the stumps of limbs you had now. You knew what you had to do though.

You needed an automail engineer.

……………………………………………………………………………………………………………

You arrived in Resembool, having heard rumors of a good engineer. All by yourself, that’s what you were. You pressed the buttons on your automated wheelchair and arrived at the supposed location. A short, elderly lady opened the door. “Winry, we’ve got guests!’ she called. “So, you need some automail, huh?’ she asked. You nodded. “Ok, then, we’ll get started.” she said.
