"Hello James old friend." Oswald said. He smiled at Jim. Jim stopped playing with Rachel. He pushed her aside. "Samantha take you sister to her room." Jim said. Samantha hearing his tone did just that. With a huge smile for the man standing at the door. Oswald smiled at her. He then turned to Barbara. "You must be Barbara. You are more beautiful than I imagined." Oswald said smileing at her. "Why thank you. Ah...." Barbara replied. "Oh Peter, Peter Humboldt. I work with Jim." Oswald said. "Oh how nice. Jim never introduces me to his friends at work. Would you like a drink?" Barbara asked. "No. No It's a work thing. I will see him out." Jim said rushing Oswald out the door. Not nice Jim. He is a guest!
Down on the street. Jim grabs Oswald by the throat. "I told you never to come back." Jim said. "This is Gotham. It is my home. What else could I do?" Oswald said to him. "What do you want?" Jim asked. "Jim there is a war coming. Thousands will be killed. Jim, I can help you. James, I can spy for you." Oswald said. "I don't want or need your help." Jim said to him. "Kill me now or thrust me James." Oswald said to him. Jim did not speak. "When I can I will get you information about the Arkum Project." Oswald said. Jim turned to see some street kids. When he turned back Oswald was gone. Wait! What is the Arkum project?
That same night Senator Jenkins was killed with his assistant. In the car park on the way home form his work. He got it in the eye, with a sharp object. Ya know that would do it.
Next day at the GCPD. Harvey is first to work. Must have been the visit from Oswald last night. "A double homicide you are up." Sarah Essen said to Harvey. "Why?" He asked. "Why what?" Jim asked as he finally got to work. "Double homicide. You two are on it." Sarah said. "Who we got?" Jim asked. "Councillor Jenkins, and his assistant." Sarah said. "I know where to start." Harvey said.
Fish is interviewing a girl. She are singing for her. Then she is getting her to seduce her. Butch it seemed is a very happy man. Fish smiles at the girl. Tells her she will call her. "That girl seemed to be good." Butch said. "I aint looking for no girl." Fish said. Oh what are ya looking for Miss Mooney? We know it will be for no good. We love you Fish!
Harvey is interviewing a man. Beating him up. Jim is not a happy camper. "He don't know anything Harvey." Jim said walking away. Jim is back at his desk. He has a delivery, it is a big box. Oh what is inside Jim? It is the books on The Arkum Project! What the fuck is it?
Mayor James is having a press conference. Now that is new. He is on about The Arkum Project. Thank God for that. "Arkum is the last underdeveloped district in the city of Gotham. This was The Wayne's project. New affordable housing. For Gotham's less fortunate." Mayor said. With pride. "So what will happen to the new Asylum?" A reporter asked. "Torn down. With a new cutting edge Medical facility for the Mentally Insane." Mayor said again with pride.
Jade and Selina sit watching the tv. "He really thinks that is going to happen don't he?" Jade asked Selina. "It probably will Jade." Selina said. "So do ya think you would want to live near there?" Jade asked. "Near what?" Selina asked she was not really listening. "Near the Arkum Asylum." Jade said. "Why do ya think they will get out at night?" Selina asked laughing. "Na. Just afraid I will be thrown in there." Jade said laughing. "If ya do. I promise I will get ya out." Selina said. "How?" Jade asked. "You ask to many questions. You aint going into there." Selina said. "But do ya think we might know someone one day that might?" Jade asked. "Don't know Kitten. Maybe." Selina said.
