*Kpop stuff cuz I'm dead on the inside*

I'm not gonna say I haven't heard of BTS, because I have. But I've never really paid much attention to them and I never listened to their songs at all. The same goes to every other kpop group.

Because they were all the same. Same faces, with a feminine look to them with all the makeup on them. Same songs, with all the colours and distractions that hurt my head. They didn't even sound good, and I couldn't listen to them more than once without thinking, why does it sound so weird?

There was a new girl at the school. I heard her name was Sallie? I never really talked to her, but my two best friends did.

Sallie was a diehard EXO fan. I never understood the obsession because, I don't know, it just seemed like too much.

Then suddenly my two best friends, Samantha and Ann were all over them too.

I've heard of EXO because of a former group member who I saw in a game show that I liked, Luhan. And I really liked Luhan because he was perfect. Too good at everything, I swear, why can't I have talent?

One day our school was in the gym, practicing for a concert, and suddenly Ann and Sam come up to me.

"Audrey! Come!" Ann pulled me up, and I watched her, confused.

"What? Why?"

"We want to show you something!" Sam gestured excitedly.

I almost rolled my eyes. "I swear, if this ends up being another thing about kpop I'm gonna disown you guys."

They didn't say anything and just kept tugging on me. I sighed, but still followed them out of the gym.

I was led into the computer lab and was sat down onto a chair.

Ann turned on the computer.

"You do know we're not supposed to be here, right?" I asked, looking out the window for any teachers.

"Yeah, but Sam and I have a pass so we can be here."

"You do realize that I don't have a pass, right? Meaning that I'm not allowed in here?" I was getting anxious. "You better hurry this up."

I watched Sam scroll through the internet. "We need you to watch this BTS music video, it's sooo good."

"Yeah!" Ann added. "There's also this part to it that I really want you to see." She laughed weirdly making me look at Samantha in question.

"What's the part about?"

She just smiled creepily. "You'll see."

She looked back at the computer screen and clicked on a video. I looked at the title.

Blood, Sweat and Tears, BTS.

Oh.

"Why do I have to watch this?" I complained.

"Because it's really good!" Ann said. "And it just came out!"

Sam clicked the play button and the music video started.

I watched, no expression on my face. It didn't really look like anything special, but I saw Ann and Sam's eyes glued to the screen, so I kept watching, wanting to know that that special part was.

All of a sudden, Ann and Sam simultaneously let out a weird noise, making me look at them confusedly.

"You misses it!" Ann exclaimed.

Missed what?

I voiced my thoughts.

She replayed the part. "Abs!"

Oh.

I don't know why or if this made me any different from anyone else, but I never found any specific interest over abs. Maybe it's because I swim? Not sure, but they never have any 'effect' on me, if you know what I mean.

~~~
Well that was... an abrupt and sudden ending that I didn't plan.
Not really interesting, but it was one of the first experiences with kpop that I can actually remember.
Of course Ann and Sam have stuffed other songs into my head but for some reason this one really stuck out. Not sure why, honestly.
That was the whole reason I made this book though, to speak out my random splurts of memory that sticks with me no matter how irrelevant it is.
*bashes brain* PLEASE. TRY. TO. REMEMBER. IMPORTANT. THINGS.
*hits brain one more time* preferably let me remember stuff for tests or something.
Anyway, love you guys and adios!
